Կառավարման խորհրդատուն բիզնես հաջողության գրավական

Վերակառուցման
և
զարգացման
եվրոպական
բանկը
(ՎԶԵԲ) փոքր բիզնեսի աջակցության իր ծրագրի շրջանակներում նախատեսում է   Հայաստանում 5-օրյա դասընթաց կազմակերպել
բիզնես-խորհրդատուների համար` «Կառավարման խորհրդատվության հիմունքները» թեմայով (նոյեմբերի
12-14, 17-18): Դասընթացը ֆինանսավորում է Եվրոպական Միությունը:


 


Հայաստանում խորհրդատվական շուկան իր արմատական հիմքերը դրել է դեռևս 20 տարի առաջ, սակայն այն անընդհատ  զարգացման կարիք ունի: «Կառավարման խորհրդատուն պետք է  բազմակողմանի զարգացած անձ լինի, ով տիրապետում է տարբեր գիտելիքների, միջանձնային հարաբերությունների գաղտնիքների, ունի վերլուծական հմտություններ, հաղորդակցման բարձր որակներ, ճկուն միտք և ներկայացման հմտություններ»,- նշեց դասընթացի թրեյներ, «ԲԻ ԷՍ ՍԻ» Բիզնեսի Աջակցման Կենտրոնի հիմնադիր տնօրեն Սամվել Գևորգյանը, հավելելով` խորհրդատուն պետք է ինքն առաջինն արձագանքի բոլոր փոփոխություններին, ծանոթանա ժամանակակից միտումներին, քաղաքական ու տնտեսական անցուդարձին: Սակայն նրա խոսքերով՝ այս ամենը խորհրդատուն  պետք է ճիշտ կիրառի իր հիմնական նպատակին հասնելու համար, այն է՝ հաճախորդ կազմակերպության ներքին և արտաքին կառավարչական խնդիրների լուծումը:


 


«Կառավարման խորհրդատվության Հայաստանի ինստիտուտի» (IMC Armenia) նախագահ, Մենեջմենթ Սիսթեմս Քընսալթինգ
խորհրդատվական ընկերության տնօրեն Մարինա Պողոսյանի խոսքերով՝ Հայաստանում կառավարման խորհրդատվությունը որպես մասնագիտություն որևէ ԲՈՒՀ-ում չի դասավանդվում, ինչը անդրադառնում
է մատուցված ծառայությունների որակի բազմազանությանը: Վերակառուցման և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկի բացառիկ նախաձեռնությունը լրացնում է այս բացը: «Այս ասպարեզում կառավարման խորհրդատուի կոմպետենցների իմացությունը և կիրառումը հանդիսանում է
երաշխիք հաճախորդի խնդրի լուծման գործընթացում: Այս ծրագիրը միտված է խորհրդատվական ոլորտի կանոնակարգմանն ու զարգացմանը», - նշեց Մարինա Պողոսյանը, ընդգծելով, որ այսօր արդեն զգացվում է խորհրդատուների մասնագիտացում, հիմա արդեն կենտրոնանում
են կոնկրետ ոլորտներիի մեջ և այս միտումը շատ դրական է, քանի որ բարձրանում է մատուցվող ծառայությունների որակը:


 


«Կառավարման խորհրդատուի կարևոր դերերից մեկը փոխվստահության մթնոլորտի ձևավորումն է իր և հաճախորդների միջև: Իսկ այս վստահությանն արժանանալու համար ոչ միայն միջանձնային հարաբերություններն ու գիտելիքներ են կարևոր, այլև մասնագիտական փորձն ու տեխնիկական ունակությունները»,- ընդգծեց «ԲԻ ԷՍ ՍԻ» Բիզնեսի Աջակցման Կենտրոնի հիմնադիր տնօրեն Սամվել Գևորգյանը:


 


Ներկայումս խորհրդատվական կազմակերպությունների թիվն ըստ Սփյուռ տեղեկատուի մոտ 76-ն է: Սամվել Գևորգյանի խոսքերով նրանցից   միայն
20%-ն է բավական ակտիվ. «Մեր խորհրդատուների մի մասը ոչ միայն ակտիվ են Հայաստանում, այլև մեր երկրի սահմաններից դուրս: Դեռևս 
2003 թվականից Վերակառուցման
և զարգացման եվրոպական բանկը իրականացնում է կառավարման խորհրդատվական շուկայի զարգացման ծրագրեր՝  տեղական խորհրդատուների և միջազգային փորձագետների միջոցով, իսկ 2010թ-ից ՎԶԵԲ-ը սկսեց ուղղակիորեն  զբաղվել շուկայի զարգացմամբ և  նրանց դերն այս շուկայի ձևավորման ու զարգացման գործում անգնահատելի է», - հավելեց Սամվել Գևորգյանը:


 


Անդրադառնալով հաճախորդների ընկալմանը խորհրդատուի ծառայությանը որպես անհրաժեշտություն՝ Սամվել Գևորգյանն ընդգծեց. «Դեռ շուկայի 15-20%-ն է գիտակցում խորհրդատվական ծառայության անհրաժեշտությունը, սակայն սա ոչ միայն կազմակերպությունների, այլև խորհրդատուների խնդիրն է: Անհրաժեշտ է բացատրել, ու ճիշտ ներկայացնել կարևորությունը: Այս շուկայի ձևավորման գործում մեծ է նաև IMC Հայաստանի գործունեությունը, որի հիմնադրման ակունքներում կանգնած է ՎԶԵԲ-ը»:


 


Իսկ IMC Հայաստանի  նախագահ Մարինա Պողոսյանի հավաստմամբ  խորհրդատվական ծառայությունների որակյալ մատուցմանը զուգահեռ, առավել գիտակից են դառնում նաև հաճախորդները.  «Այս դեպքում արդեն նրանց հետ ավելի հեշտ է աշխատելը, քանի որ նրանք արդեն հստակ հասկանում են խորհրդատվական ծառայությունների կարևորությունն ու անհրաժեշտությունը: Կան նաև խոշոր ընկերություններ, որոնք հրավիրում են
խորհրդատուներ այլ երկրներից, ահա թե ինչու մեզ այս վերապատրաստումները խիստ անհրաժեշտ են, մենք պետք է մրցունակ լինենք, որպեսզի ընկերությունները օգտվեն հայաստանյան խորհրդատուների
մատուցած ծառայություններից: Իսկ միջազգային հավաստագրերն առավել քան անհրաժեշտություն են հաճախորդների
վստահությանն արժանանալու համար»,- ավելացրեց Մարինա Պողոսյանը:


 


Այս հավաստագրերը փաստում
են, որ խորհրդատուն համապատասխանում է սահմանված մասնագիտական չափանիշներին, ինչն էլ
թույլ է տալիս խորհրդատուին ոչ միայն  վստահ
ու ճկուն լինել, այլև՝ առավել մրցունակ:
