Բոբբի Լիչ. «Վիմպելկոմը» Հայաստանում ներդրել է ավելի քան 350 մլն.դոլար

 «Վիմպելկոմը» Հայաստանում վերջին 8 տարիներին ներդրել է
ավելի քան 350 մլն.դոլար: Այս մասին ԱրմԻնֆո գործակալության թղթակցի հետ
զրույցում տեղեկացրել է «Վիմպելկոմ» խմբի կորպորատիվ կոմունիկացիաների գծով տնօրեն
Բոբբի Լիչը: «Անկասկած է, որ Վիմպելկոմը կշարունակի ներդրումներն այս շուկայում,
բայց հստակ թվեր չեմ կարող նշել»,-ասել է նա:


 


Անդրադառնալով «Beeline Armenia» բրենդի
գործունեությանը, նա ընդգծել է, որ «Բիլայն» բրենդը բավականաչափ ուժեղ է և կայուն
դիրք ունի բոլոր երկրներում, որտեղ ներկայացված է: «Հարցը բարդանում է նրանով, որ
այդ շուկաներում մենք հանդիսանում ենք նախաձեռնողներ, իսկ որոշ երկրներում` նաև
առաջատար օպերատորներ: Որպես օրինակ կարող եմ նշել «Կիևսթարը»: Իսկ «Beeline
Armenia» բրենդի հետ կապված կարող
եմ նշել, որ նրա սպասարկման գրասենյակներից մեկն այցելելուց հետո հիացած էի, քանի
որ նման գրասենյակ չէի տեսել մեր բրենդի ներկայացման երկրներում»,-հայտարարել
է նա:


 


ԱրմԻնֆո-ի հարցին, կապված աշխարհում ընկերության դիրքերի
բարձրացման հետ, Բոբբի Լիչը պատասխանել է, որ «Վիմպելկոմն» առաջատարների
տասնյակում է, զբաղեցնելով 6-րդ տեղը: «Մենք վաճառքների կամ մյուս ցուցանիշների
գծով թիվ մեկ ընկերություն դառնալու նպատակ չունենք: Մենք ցանկանում ենք դառնալ
որակյալ սերվիսի առաջատար: Բերեմ Իտալիայի օրինակը, որտեղ մենք ներկայացված ենք
«Wind» բրենդով, և որտեղ հանդիսանում ենք այդ շուկայի 3-րդ օպերատորը, բայց վերջին
3 տարիներին գրավում ենք շուկայի էլ ավելի շատ հատվածներ, դուրս մղելով մեր
մրցակիցներին: Այդ միտումն արդեն դարձել է ավանդույթ: Մեր ձեռքբերումներն արդյունք
են այն բանի, որ բաժանորդներին առաջարկվող ծառայությունները պատասխանում են
սերվիսի որակի և զանազանության նկատմամբ նրանց պահանջներին: Ընդ որում, մենք մեր
գործունեության շեշտը դնում ենք սպասարկման որակի մշտական բարձրացման վրա: Կարող
է, որ մենք առայժմ չկարողանանք դառնալ առաջատար, բայց հաստատ գիտենք մի բան, որ
ընթանում ենք ճիշտ ճանապարհով և ճիշտ մենեջմենտով»,-մեկնաբանելո է նա:


 


Ըստ «Վիմպելկոմի» համախմբված հաշվետվության, 2013
թվականին ընդհանուր գործառնական եկամուտը կազմել է ավելի քան 22,5 մլրդ.դոլար,
կապիտալ ծախսերը`4,3 մլրդ.դոլար, իսկ EBITDA մարժան կազմել է 36.6 %: 2014-ի I
եռամսյակի արդյունքներով խոիմբն ապահովել է ավելի քան 5 մլրդ.դոլարի գործառնական
եկամուտ, կապիտալ ծախսերը կազմել են 736 մլն.դոլար, EBITDA մարժան ավելացնելով մինչև
41.6 %: 2013-ի ավարտին խումբն ուներ 220 միլիոն բաժանորդ, որոնց մոտ 26% - ը
Ռուսաստանից է, ավելի քան 17% -ը`Պակիստանից, 13% - ը`Բանգլադեշից, ավելի քան
10%-ը`Իտալիայից, մոտ 12% -ը`Ուկրաինայից, իսկ Հայաստանի և Կանադայի մասնաբաժինը
կազմում է ընդամենը 0,3 %:


 


«Beeline Armenia»-ի ընդհանուր գործառնական եկամուտը
2013-ին կազմել է 145 մլն.դոլար,  կապիտալ
ծախսերը`11 մլն.դոլար, EBITDA մարժան` 39.4%: Ընդ որում, միայն բջջային կապի գծով
օպերացիոն եկամուտը կազմել է 64 մլն.դոլար, ֆիքսված կապինը` 81 մլն. դոլար: 2014
թվականի առաջին եռամսյակում «Beeline Armenia» ապահովել է 33 մլն.դոլարի  գործառնական շահույթ, կապիտալ ծախսերը կազմել
են 1 մլն.դոլար, իսկ EBITDA մարժան կազմել է 36.6 %: Միայն բջջային կապից
ընկերության գործառնական եկամուտն առաջին եռամսյակում կազմել է 14 մլն.դոլար, իսկ
ֆիքսված կապից` 19 մլն.դոլար: 2013-ի ավարտին «Beeline Armenia»-ն ուներ 694 հազար
բաժանորդ, որոնց թիվը 2014-ի առաջին եռամսյակում 699 հազարով:


 



Հիշեցնենք,
որ «ԱրմենՏել» ՓԲԸ-ն (Beeline ապրանքանիշ) հանդիսանում է «ՎիմպելԿոմ»
ընկերությունների խմբի մի մասը: «ՎիմպելԿոմ»-ը հանդիսանում է աշխարհի խոշորագույն
ինտեգրված օպերատորներից մեկը, որն ընդգրկում է մի շարք հեռահաղորդակցության
ընկերություններ, որոնք մատուցում են ինչպես անլար և ամրակցված կապի
տեխնոլոգիաների լայն շրջանակի վրա հիմնված ձայնային կապի ու տվյալների հաղորդման, 
այնպես էլ լայնաշերտ ինտերնետ հասանելիության ծառայություններ Ռուսաստանում,

Իտալիայում և Կանադայում: «ՎիմպելԿոմ»-ը ծառայություններ է մատուցում ամբողջ
աշխարհում` շուրջ 753 մլն. ընդհանուր բնակչությամբ տարածքներում: «ՎիմպելԿոմ» խմբի
ընկերությունները ծառայություններ են մատուցում «Beeline», «Киевстар», «djuice»,
«Wind», «Infostrada», «Mobilink», «Leo», «Banglalink», «Telecel» և «Djezzy»
ապրանքանիշերի ներքո: 2013թ. դեկտեմբերի 31-ի դրությամբ ընկերության բաժանորդների
թիվը կազմում էր 220 միլիոն: “ՎիմպելԿոմ”-ի բաժնետոմսերը շրջանառվում են NASDAQ
բորսայում VIP նշումով:
