Հաստատվել է Հայաստանում գրանցված կարմրուկի բոլոր դեպքերի համաճարակաբանական կապը Վրաստանի կարմրուկի բռնկման հետ

Հաստատվել է Հայաստանում գրանցված կարմրուկի բոլոր դեպքերի համաճարակաբանական կապը Վրաստանի կարմրուկի բռնկման հետ

 Այս օրերին զանգվածային որոշ լրատվամիջոցներում կասկածներ են հնչեցվում Վրաստանում կարմրուկի բռնկման առկայության վերաբերյալ: Նույն տրամաբանությամբ կարմրուկից զգուշանալու վերաբերյալ ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության հորդորներն ու խորհուրդները նրանց կողմից դիտվում են որպես մեր քաղաքացիներին հարևան երկրում հանգստանալու մեկնելուց ետ պահելու նպատակային քայլ:



ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը պաշտոնապես հայտարարում է, որ Վրաստանում և Հայաստանին հարևան այլ երկրներում կարմրուկի բռնկման մասին վկայում են ինչպես այդ երկրների պաշտոնական աղբյուրները, այնպես էլ միջազգային կազմակերպությունները: 



Վրաստանում կարմրուկի դեպքերի ընթացքին կարելի է ծանոթանալ Վրաստանի հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոնի պաշտոնական կայքում` http://ncdc.ge։ Շաբաթական վերլուծության համաձայն` երկրում կարմրուկի համաճարակային իրավիճակը կայունանում է:  Ըստ նույն աղբյուրի հուլիսի 26-ի դրութամբ Վրաստանում գրանցված կարմրուկի դեպքերի թիվը եղել է 6324, որից 3647-ն արձանագրվել է Թբիլիսիում: Դեպքերից 1803-ը հոսպիտալացվել են, մահվան ելքով գրանցվել է 2 դեպք` 11 ամսական և 19 տարեկան չպատվաստված անձանց մոտ: 



Վրաստանում և Հայաստանին հարևան մյուս երկներում կարմրուկի համաճարակային իրավիճակի կապակցությամբ սույն թվականի հուլիսի 10-11-ին Թբիլիսիում տեղի ունեցավ ՙԿովկասում և Թուրքիայում կարմրուկի բռնկումների կանխարգելման և հսկողության վերաբերյալ՚ Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության եվրոպական տարածաշրջանային բարձր մակարդակի խորհրդակցություն, որին մասնակցում էին Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Վրաստանի առողջապահության նախարարությունների իմունականխարգելման հարցերով պատասխանատու պաշտոնյաները, Իմունականխարգելման ազգային ծրագրերի ղեկավարները և միջազգային կազմակերպությունների` Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության, ԱՄՆ Հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման կենտրոնի, ՄԱԿ Մանկական հիմնադրամի, Ռոստրապովիչ-Վիշնևսկայա հիմնադրամի ներկայացուցիչները: Խորհրդակցության նպատակն էր կլոր սեղանի շուրջ քննարկել մասնակից երկրներում կարմրուկի համաճարակային իրավիճակը և բռնկումներին հակազդման միջոցառումները, ինչպես նաև հետագա անելիքները: Խորհրդակցությունը վարում էր ԱՀԿ Եվրոպական տարածաշրջանային գրասենյակի փոխտնօրենը, ում կողմից բարձր գնահատվեցին Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում կարմրուկի դեմ պայքարում ձեռք բերված նվաճումները և առաջարկվեց օգտագործել բռնկումների տեղայնացման և կանխարգելման ուղղությամբ Հայաստանի փորձը: 



Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում մայիսի 19-ից հետո գրանցվել է կարմրուկի 9 դեպք` բոլորը բերովի: Հաստատվել է բոլոր դեպքերի համաճարակաբանական կապը Վրաստանի կարմրուկի բռնկման հետ: 



Կարմրուկի Հայաստան ներբերման առաջին դեպքերը Վրաստանի 5 և 3 տարեկան չպատվաստված բնակիչներ են, որոնց հետ կապված ևս մեկ դեպք գրանցվել է 38 տարեկան ՀՀ քաղաքացու մոտ: ՀՀ տարածք ներկրված 3 դեպք վարակվել են Օդեսայում միջազգային խորհրդակցության ընթացքում կարմրուկով հիվանդ Վրաստանի քաղաքացու հետ շփման արդյունքում: Կարմրուկի բերովի դեպքի հաջորդ օջախը գրանցվել է Երևանի Ուկրաինական համալսարանում, որտեղ վարակի աղբյուրը եղել է կարմրուկով հիվանդ Վրաստանի քաղաքացի, ում հետ համաճարակաբանորեն կապված գրանցվել է ևս մեկ դեպք: Վերջին 9-րդ դեպքը գրանցվել է Արմավիրի մարզում, որը ևս կապված է Վրաստանի հետ՝ հաստատվել է շփումը կակսածելի հիվանդի հետ, ով ժամանել է Վրաստանից՝ կրոնական նկատառումներով պատվաստումներից հրաժարվող խմբի կազմում: 
Բոլոր դեպքերի և նրանց հետ շփվողների նկատմամբ իրականացվել է ուժեղացված բժշկական հսկողություն, չպատվաստված և չհիվանդացած անձանց շրջանում կատարվել են պատվաստումներ: Հուլիսի 30-ի դրությամբ Հայաստանում կարմրուկի տեղական տարածում չի գրանցվել: 
Ինչ վերաբերում է Վրաստանում ՀՀ քաղաքացիների ակտիվ հանգստի կազմակերպմանը, ապա ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը, առաջնորդվելով միմիայն մեր քաղաքացիների առողջության պահպանման գերխնդրով, դարձյալ խորհուրդ է տալիս մեկնելուց առաջ պատվաստվել կարմրուկի դեմ, քանի որ լավագույն միջոցը կանխարգելումն է: 



ՀՀ քաղաքացիների առողջության պահպանման նպատակով բժշկական օգնություն և սպասարկում իրականացնող կազմակերպություններում շարունակվում է կամավոր և անվճար հիմունքներով կարմրուկի դեմ պատվաստումների իրականացումը: ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը կրկին տեղեկացնում է, որ պետական սահմանի հսկիչ կետերի կողմից պատվաստումների վերաբերյալ որևէ տեղեկանք չի պահանջվում:
