ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK-ը փոքր և միջին բոլոր ձեռնարկություններին «ԱԿԲԱ Բիզնես Փարթնր» ենթաբրենդի ներքո առաջարկում է մասնակցել «Դարձիր գործընկեր» արշավին, որը մեկնարկում է սեպտեմբերի 28-ից և կտևի մինչև դեկտեմբերի 12-ը: Ինչպես այսօր կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսում տեղեկացրել է Բանկի գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրենի տեղակալ Նիկոլայ Հովհաննիսյանը, նոր ենթաբրենդի նպատակը բանկի կողմից իրավաբանական անձանց առաջարկվող բոլոր պրոդուկտների միավորումն է, այլ խոսքով, կորպորատիվ հաճախորդների բոլոր պահանջների համապատասխան համալիր և միաժամանակ ահատականլուծումների մշակումը:

«Ինչպես գիտեք, ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK-ը հանդիսանում է Հայաստանի գյուղատնտեոսության ոլորտի առաջատար բանկը, իր գործունեության սկզբից ընտրելով այդ ոլորտը որպես առաջնահերթություն: Այդ պատճառով էլ բանկը միշտ ընկալվել է որպես մի կառույց, որն աջակցում է միայն գյուղատնտեսությանը, չնայած, որ մենք միշտ դիրքավորվել ենք որպես ունիվերսալ բանկ: Նոր ենթաբրենդի ստեղծման նպատակն է, որպեսզի մարդիկ հասկական, որ ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK-ը ոչ միայն ագրարային բանկ է»,-նշել է Հովհաննիսյանը:

Նրա խոսքով, չնայած այն բանին, որ ներկայումս բանկն զբաղեցնում է ագրոհատվածի վարկավորման ավելի քան 60%-ը, ագրովարկերի մասնաբաժինը բանկի վարկային պորտֆելում կազմում է ընդամենը 30% (տարեկան աճը` 20-25%): Ներկայումս բանկի շուրջ 75 հազար հաճախորդներ, որոնք հանդիսանում են ՓՄՁ սուբյեկտներ, զբաղված են գյուղատնտեսությունում, իսկ ավելի քան 6 հազար հաճախորդներ, որոնք նույնպես ՓՄՁ սուբյեկտներ են, ներկայացնում են տնտեսության այլ ոլորտները:

Հովհաննիսյանը տեղեկացրել է նաև, որ նոր ենթաբրենդի շրջանակներում սեպտեմբերի 28-ին մեկնարկել է «Դարձին գործընկեր» արշավը, որի շրջանակներում մինչև դեկտեմբերի 12-ը իրավաբանական անձինք, տեղափոխելով իրենց բիզնես վարկը ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK, հնարավորություն կունենան ստանալ նոր վարկ, ընդ որում, իրենց գործող վարկի տոկոսադրույքից մինչև 30 % ավելի ցածր տոկոսադրույքով, ինչպես նաև 3% տոկոսադրույքով ավելի ցածր` հաջորդ յուրաքանչյուր տարվա համար: Կարղ են ստանալ նաև ներմուծման/արտահանման խթանման վարկ, վարկային գիծ – 8.99%, անվճար օգտվել << ACBA ON-LINE>> համակարգից, ստանալ անվճար VISA BUSINESS քարտ, անվճար ArCa BUSINESS լրացուցիչ քարտ: Մինչև 14,000,000 ՀՀ դրամ վարկերի դեպքում որոշումը կայացվում է 1 ժամում: ACBA ON-LINE ծառայությունը և VISA BUSINESS քարտը տրամադրվում են անվճար առաջին 12 ամիսների համար:

Ըստ ԱրմԻնֆո գործակալության` Հայաստանի Բանկերի Ֆինանսական Վարկանիշի, իր վարկային պորտֆելի ծավալով ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK-ը 2014 թվականի առաջին կիսամյակում երկրորդ տեղն է զբաղեցրել Հայաստանի բանկային համակարգում, տարեկան կտրվածքով այս ցուցանշը մեծացնելով 1.9%, մինչև 193,2 մլրդ դրամ: Ընդհանուր առմամբ, բանկը երկրի տնտեսությանն է ուղղել 67.8 մլրդ դրամի վարկեր, որը կազմում է վարկային պորտֆելի 35.1% - ը: Բանկի ագրովարկերի պորտֆելը, որով նա հանդիսանում է առաջատար, տարեկան կտրվածքով աճել է 20.2%, իսկ ՓՄՁ մասնաբաժինը կազմել է ընդհանուր վարկային պորտֆելի 26.5%-ը (3-րդ տեղ): 2014 թվականի հուլիսի 1-ի դրությամբ բանկի ընդհանուր կապիտալը կազմել է 53.9 մլրդ դրամ, տարեկան կտրվածքով աճելով 4.5%, ապահովելով առաջատարի դիրքը: Ակտիվների գծով բանկը գտնվում է առաջատարների հնգյակում, ապահովելով տարեկան 4.7% աճ, մինչև 273.1 մլրդ.դրամ: Բանկի զուտ շահույթը 2014-ի երկրորդ եռամսյակում գերազանցել 1 մլրդ դրամը (TOP-5): Ներկայումս բանկն ունի 52 մասնաճյուղ, 10 տարում ավելանալով 5 անգամ, որից 14 - ը գտնվում են Երևանում, իսկ 38 - ը մարզերում, ապահովելով իր ներկայությունը ՀՀ բոլոր մարզերում: Իր գործունեության մեկնարկից բանկը հաճախորդների բազան մեծացրել է 25 անգամ, մինչև 276 հազար հաճախորդ, իսկ աշխատակիցների թիվը տվյալ պահին կազմում է 1200 (1995-ի 12 – ի փոխարեն):
Հիշեցնենք, որ ACBA-CREDIT AGRICOLE BANK-ը Հայաստանում գործում է 1995 թվականից: 2006 թվականից բանկի մեծամասնական բաժնետերն է եվրոպական խոշորագույն Credit Agricole S.A. բանկային խումբը, 15.56% բաժնեմասով, որին հաջորդում է SJSC «Sacam International»-ը (Credit Agricole S.A. խմբի անդամ)` 12.44%: Բանկի կապիտալին մասնակցում են նաև Գյուղացիական փոխօգնության 10 մարզային միություններ:
