Նիդերլանդների
զարգացման ֆինանսական ընկերությունը (FMO) 15 ԱՄՆ մլն դոլար վարկ է  տրամադրել 
ԱՐԱՐԱՏԲԱՆԿԻՆ` բիզնեսի  
վարկավորման   նպատակով: Ինչպես
ԱրմԻնֆո գործակալությանը տեղեկացվել է Բանկի լրատվական ծառայությունից, վարկը
շահառուներին տրամադրվելու է հինգ  տարի
մարման ժամկետով  10-12 տոկոս դրույքաչափով
մինչև 1մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար սահմանաչափով: 
Վարկային միջոցներից կարող են օգտվել մինչև 300 աշխատող ունեցող  այն ձեռնարկությունները, որոնց ընդհանուր
ակտիվները  չեն գերազանցում
15,000,000  ԱՄՆ  դոլարը: Վարկային միջոցներն առավելապես
կուղղվեն արտահանող ընկերությունների բիզնես ծրագրերի ֆինանսավորմանը:

հետ  մեր համագործակցության  առաջին ծրագիրն է, սակայն  հույս ունենք, որ կունենանք երկարաժամկետ,
փոխշահավետ համագործակցություն և վարկի շրջանակներում  կկարողանանք մեր հաճախորդներին առաջարկել
երկարաժամկետ, մատչելի, մրցունակ պայմաններով ֆինանսավորում»,-հայտարարել է
ԱՐԱՐԱՏԲԱՆԿԻ գործադիր տնօրեն Աշոտ Օսիպյանը` 
Հոլանդական զարգացման բանկի «Exchange on the Future of Banking» թեմայով
երրորդ տարեկան  ժողովի շրջանակներում
պայմանագրի ստորագրաման արարողության ժամանակ: Միաժամանակ նա բարձր է գնահատել
Հայաստանում ընկերության կողմից ընդհանուր առմամբ 
իրականացված ներդրումների արդյունավետությունը:


 


Նշենք, որ Նիդերլանդների զարգացման ֆինանսական
ընկերությունը ("FMO") ստեղծվել է 1970 թվականին հոլանդական
կառավարության, արևտրային բանկերի, ազգային գործարարների միության,
պրոֆմիությունների և անհատ ներդրողների կողմից զարգացող երկրներում և շուկաներում
մասնավոր սեկտորի ծրագրերում ներդրումներ կատարելու նպատակով: 2008 թվականի մարտ
ամսին FMO-ին շնորհեցին բանկի կարգավիճակ: Բանկը այսօր պաշտոնապես գտնվում է
հոլանդական կենտրոնական բանկի հսկողության տակ: 2013 թվականին  դեկտեմբերի դրությամբ FMO-ն ներկա է գտնվել
ավելի քան 80 տարբեր զարգացող երկրներում և շուկաներում զարգացման ֆինանսական
գործընկերի  կարգավիճակով:  Ընկերության ներդրումային պորտֆելը 2013թ.-ին
կազմել է 6,7 մլրդ եվրո,  ինչի շնորհիվ այն
դասվում է մասնավոր հատվածը ֆինանսավորող ամենախոշոր բանկերի շարքում:


 


Ըստ ԱրմԻնֆո գործակալության` Հայաստանի Բանկերի
Ֆինանսական Վարկանիշի, իր ակտիվներով և վարկային ներդրումներով ԱՐԱՐԱՏԲԱՆԿԸ
գտնվում է առաջատարների տասնյակում, իսկ զուտ շահույթով` առաջատարների հնգյակում:
Բանկի ակտիվները 2014 թվականի հուլիսի 1-ին կազմել են 286 մլն.դոլար, որի
կառուցվածքում վարկային ներդրումները կազմել են ավելի քան 54%: Բանկի վարկային
պորտֆելում տնտեսության վարկավորման ծավալները կազմել են մոտ 75%: Բանկի ընդհանուր
կապիտալը նույն օրվա դրությամբ գերազանցել է 53 մլն.դոլարը, տարեկան աճը`21%:
2014-ի առաջին կիսամյակը բանկը եզրափակել է 5.2 մլն.դոլար զուտ շահույթով, տարեկան
աճը` 30%: ԱՐԱՐԱՏԲԱՆԿԻ մեծամասնական բաժնետերերն է «Ֆլեշ» ընկերությունը (նախագահ
Բարսեղ Բեգլարյան), որը տիրապետում է բանկի բաժնետոմսերի 64,24%-ին, ինչպես նաև
ՎԶԵԲ-ը` 25% + 1 բաժնետոմս, Rural Impulse Fund II (Բելգիական Incofin Investment Management - Incofin IM
կառույցի անդամ)`10%:
