 «Շատերը կարծում
են, որ Վարդանյանը վաճառեց ընկերությունն ու սկսեց զբաղվել բարեգործությամբ: Դա
այդպես չէ: Ես զբաղվում եմ թե ներդրումային գործունեությամբ, թե սերվիսով, և թե
բարգործությամբ, հաճախորդների մատուցելով ծառայություններ, միավորելով նրանց իմ
շուրջ և ստանալով կոմերցիոն եկամուտ, մատուցելով որակյալ ծառայություններ և ինձ
զգալով նաև  հետաքրքիր, վառ և
մասնաշտաբային բարեգործական նախագծերի մասնակիցը»: Այս մասին «Վեդոմոստի» թերթի
հետ ապրիլի 29-ին կայացած հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է ռուսաստանյան հայտնի
ձեռնարկատեր, ներդրող, բարեգործ, Ռուսաստանի Խնայբանկի նախագահի խորհրդական Ռուբեն
Վարդանյանը:


 


Խոսելով Ռուսաստանում բարեգործական ինդուստրիայի
ստեղծման, ինչպես նաև ԱՊՀ տարածքում և Հայաստանում կրթական նախաձեռնությունների
զարգացման մասին, Վարդանյանը կարևոր է համարում, որպեսզի նախագծերը ֆինանսապես
լինեն կայուն: «Մենք փորձում ենք կառուցել մոդելներ, որոնց պարագայում դրանք քիչ
կախվածության մեջ պետք է գտնվեն դոնորներից: Մենք նաև փորձում ենք հեռանալ «ես քիչ
եմ ստանում, քանի որ աշխատում եմ որքան կարողանում եմ» սկզբունքից և լուծում ենք
մոտիվացիայի հարցեր, որպեսզի մեր նախագծերում աշխատելու գան լավագույնները: Եվ
այստեղ էլ ենք խոսում վստահության, որպես մրցակցային հիմնական առավելության մասին:
Մարդիկ ինձ վստահում են, քանի որ տեսնում են, որ ես ոչ միայն փողեր եմ հավաքում
նախագծերի համար, այլ նաև ներդրում եմ իմ սեփական գումարները: Ես ունեմ հաջող
իրականացված նախագծեր, մարդիկ դրանք տեսնում են ու հասկանում, թե ինչպես ու ինչ
սկզբունքներով են դրանք ստեղծվում, քանի որ հավաքված գումարներն ամբողջովին
ուղղվում են նախագծերին, ոչ մի կոպեկ չի գնում գործառնական ծախսերին, փողերը չեն
փոշիանում, և այստեղ ամենագլխավորն այն է, որ գործում է կոլեգիալության
սկզբունքը»,-ասել է նա: Ըստ Վարդանյանի, նա իր վրա վերցնում է շատ մեծ
պարտավորություններ և ռիսկեր. «և այն ինչ անում էի առաջ, անում եմ նաև հիմա, միայն
ավելի համակարգված և նպատակային»: Վարդանյանը նշել է կառուցվածքի ձևավորման
գործընթացի մասին, որը միասնական պլատվֆորմ է ստեղծում նրա բոլոր նախագծերի համար:


 



Նշենք,
որ «Իդեա» հիմնադրամը, որը գլխավորում են` Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն ու նրա կինը`
Վերոնիկա Զոնաբենդը, Հայաստանում իրականացնում է մի շարք նախագծեր, որոնցից
ամենախոշորը Տաթևի վանքի շրջակայքում տուրիստական ինդուստրիայի վերականգնումն ու
զարգացումն է, որի շրջանակներում կառուցվեց աշխարհում ամենախոշոր ճոպանուղին
(նախագծի ընդհանույ արժեքը`45 մլն.դոլար), ինչպես նաև Դիլիջանի Միջազգային դպրոցը,
որը հանդիսանում է United World Colleges (UWC)
լիիրավ
անդամ (120 մլն.դոլար): Այս տարվա սեպտեմբերին դպրոցը կընդունի իր առաջին
աշակերտներին:
