Դեկտեմբերի 25-ին բանկերն արտարժույթի միջբանկային շուկայում ավելի ակտիվ էին, քան բորսայական արտարժութային հարթակում

Հայաստանի արտարժույթի
միջբանկային շուկայում Կենտրոնական բանկի կողմից առաջարկված 2 մլն. դոլարը
մասնակիցները գնել են ամբողջությամբ: Ինչպես ԱրմԻնֆո գործակալությանըւ տեղեկացվել
է ՀՀ Կենտրոնական բանկի մամուլի ծառայությունից, միջին կշռված (ինդիկատիվ)
փոխարժեքը կազմել է 459.29 դրամ/դոլար, իսկ նվազագույն սահմանային փոխարժեքը
կազմել է 457.76 դրամ/դոլար: Հատկանշական է, ՆԱՍԴԱՔ ՕԷՄԷՔՍ Արմենիա բորսայում
բանկերն այսօր իրականացրել են 1.1 մլն.դոլարի գործարք, 460.34 դրամ/դոլար միջին
կշռված փոխարժեքով:


 


Ընդհանուր առմամբ, ամենօրյա միջամտությունների ընթացքում` դեկտեմբերի
8-25-ը ներառյալ, արտարժույթի միջբանկային շուկայում Կենտրոնական բանկը
մասնակից-բանկերին վաճառել է 50.7 մլն դոլար, ընդ որում, դեկտեմբերի 8-12-ը`
օրական 6 մլն.դոլար, իսկ դեկտեմբերի 15-17-ը` օրական 4 մլն.դոլար, դեկտեմբերի 20-ին
վաճառել է 1.7 մլն. դոլար, 22-ին`1 մլն.դոլար, դեկտեմբերի 23-25-ին`2-ական
մլն.դոլար: Այդ ընթացքում ինդիկատիվ փոխարժեքը 456,63 դրամից փոփոխվել է մինչև
570,58 դրամ /դոլար, այնուհետև իջել է մինչև 446.76 /դոլար, բայց այսօր բարձրացել
է մինչև 459.29 դրամ /դոլար, իսկ նվազագույն սահմանային փոխարժեքը` 455 դոլարից
մինչև 567,65 դրամ /դոլար, որից հետո իջել է մինչև 445 դրամ / դոլար, բայց այսօր
բարձրացել է մինչև 457.76 դրամ /դոլար:


 


Հայաստանի արտարժույթի մանրածախ շուկայում դրամը դոլարի նկատմամբ
հոկտեմբերից մինչև դեկտեմբերի 17-ը ներառյալ արժեզրկվել է 45%, այնուհետև,
դեկտեմբերի 18-20-ն արժեվորվել 25%, իսկ դեկտեմբերի 22-ին կրկին սկսել է
արժեզրկվել: Մասնավորապես, դեկտեմբերի 25-ին, ժամը 16.30-ին դրամի փոխարժեքը
դոլարի նկատմամբ կազմել է 463.00 դրամ/դոլար, եվրոն` 568.50 դրամ / եվրո, ռուսական
ռուբլին` 9.1 դրամ /ռուբլի: Համեմատության համար նշենք, որ դեկտեմբերի 20-ին
մանրածախ շուկայում այդ փոխարժեքները համապատասխանաբար կազմել են` 455 դրամ /
դոլար, 555 դրամ /եվրո և  7.8 դրամ /
ռուբլի, դեկտեմբերի 17-ի`570 /դոլարի, 712 դրամ /եվրոյի և 8,6 մլրդ դրամ / ռուբլու
համեմատ: Բանկերի օպտիմալ փոխարժեքները դեկտեմբերի 25-ին կազմել է` դոլարի համար –
առավելագույն առքը - 458 դրամ / դոլար իսկ նվազագույն վաճառքը - 462 դրամ / դոլար,
եվրոյի համար` առավելագույն առքը - 560 դրամ / եվրո, նվազագույն վաճառքը - 566
դրամ /եվրո և ռուբլու համար` առավելագույն առքը – 8.5 դրամ / ռուբլի և նվազագույն
վաճառքը - 8.75 դրամ / ռուբլի:


 


Արտարժույթի միջբանկային շուկայում ՀՀ Կենտրոնական բանկը միջամտոմ է
դեկտեմբերի 8-ից, արժույթի շուկայում հավասարակշռությունը վերականգնելու, արտարժույթի
փոխարժեքի տատանումները մեղմելու և շուկայում ստեղծված իրավիճակը նորմալացնելու
նպատակով: Նախատեսվում է, որ ԿԲ աստիճանաբար կփոքրացնի միջամտոթյան ծավալները,
մինչև շուկայում դրամի փոխարժեքի հավասարակշռության ձևավորումը: Մասնավորապես,
դեկտեմբերի 8-12-ն ամենօրյա միջամտությունների ծավալը կազմել է 6 մլն.դոլար, որից
հետո, կախված պահանջարկից, տեղի կունենա միջամտությունների ծավալների նվազեցում,
տարեվերջին հասցնելով զրոյի: Դրան զուգահեռ, դեկտեմբերի 17-ին ԿԲ խստացրեց
արտարժույթով ներգրավված միջոցների պարտադիր պահուստավորման նորմատիվը` 12%-ից
մինչև 24%, ընդ որում, բանկերը «պահուստային» միջոցները ԿԲ-ում ամբողջությամբ
կտեղաբաշխեն ՀՀ դրամով: Իսկ մինչ այդ, դեկտեմբերի 3-ին ԿԲ լոմբարդային ռեպորները
10.25%-ից բարձրացրեց մինչև 21%: ԿԲ կուլմինացիոն քայլը դարձավ դեկտեմբերի 23-ին
վերաֆինանսավորման տոկոսադրույքի բարձրացումը` 6.75%-ից մինչև 8.5%:


 



Նշենք, որ մանրածախ
արտարժույթի շուկայում դեկտեմբերի 25-ին ժամը 16:30-ին փոխանակման կետերում դոլարի
առք/վաճառքի փոխարժեքը կազմել է 459/467 դրամ / դոլար, եվրոն` 557/580 դրամ /
եվրո, իսկ ռուսական ռուբլին` 8.7 / 9.45 դրամ / ռուբլի: ՆԱՍԴԱՔ ՕԷՄԷՔՍ Արմենիա
ֆոնդային բորսայում հունիսից մինչև դեկտեմբերի 25-ը ներառյալ կատարված
արտարժութային գործարքների ծավալը կազմել է 406.2 մլն.դոլար, իսկ փոխարժեքը 407.14
դրամ/դոլարից ցատկել է մինչև 560 դրամ / դոլար, որից հետո իջել մինչև 442.44 դրամ
/դոլար, իսկ դեկտեմբերի 25-ին աճել է մինչև 460.34 դրամ /դոլար: Այդ ծավալներից, ի
դեպ, 117 մլն.դոլարի գործարքները տեղի են ունեցել միայն նոյեմբերին: Արտարժույթի
միջբանկային շուկան դեկտեմբերի 1-5-ը ցուցադրեց աննախադեպ բարձր ցուցանիշ` 59.3
մլն դոլար, որից հետո, սկսած դեկտեմբերի 8-ից, սկսվել են Կենտրոնական բանկի
ամենօրյա միջամտությունները:
