Ուկրաինացի փորձագետ. Ուկրաինայի և Մոլդովայի վերջին իրադարձություններն ապացուցում են, որ Ռուսաստանը ողջ ուժով կառչում է, սակայն չի հաղթում

 Ուկրաինայի և Մոլդովայի վերջին իրադարձություններն ակնհայտորեն ցույց են
տալիս և ապացուցում են, որ Ռուսաստանը ողջ ուժով կառչում է այդ երկրներին, սակայն
չի հաղթում: Այդպիսի կարծիք է հայտնել Ռազմավարական
հետազոտությունների ազգային ինստիտուտի տարածաշրջանային մասնաճյուղի (Օդեսա)
առաջատար գիտաշխատող Աննա Շելեստը` առցանց հարցազրույցում պատասխանելով ԱրմԻնֆոյի
հարցին:


 «Նայեք Քիշնևի առաջընթացին առանց վիզաների ռեժիմի շուրջ
բանակցային գործընթացում: Նայեք նոյեմբերի 3-ին Քիշնևում անցկացված ցույցին ի
պաշտպանություն եվրաինտեգրման, այն բանին, ինչ այսօր տեղի է ունենում ողջ
Ուկրաինայում`  եվրոմյադաններում: Խնդիրն
այն է, որ այդ երկու երկրների ոչ բնակիչները, ոչ էլ արդեն քաղաքական գորիծիչները
չեն ցանկանում ԽՍՀՄ-ի նման մի բան: Նույնիսկ Մոսկվայի հետ առավել սերտ
համագործակցության կողմնակիցները դա չեն դիտարկում որպես նման մակարդակի ինտեգրման
և վերահսկողության վերածնում, քանի որ դա ինքնաբերաբար կհանգեցնի իրենց սեփական
իշխանության կորստի», - ընդգծել է փորձագետը:


 Միևնույն ժամանակ եվրոմայդանը, նրա ասելով, արտացոլում է
այն մեծամասնության կրածիքը, ով վաղը պետք է որոշումներ կայացնի և ում համար
միևնույնը չէ, թե ինչպիսին կլինի Ուկրաինայի ապագան: Մինչդեռ մի շարք
ուկրաինացիների կողմից Ռուսաստանին պաշտպանելը հիմնվում է միայն ռուսերեն իմացության
և այն բանի վրա, որ նրանք հիշում են Ռուսաստանի մասին, սակայն չգիտեն, թե այժմ
այնտեղ ինչ է կատարվում: Եվ եվրոմայդանը ոչ այնքան ԵՄ օգտին է կամ ընդդեմ ներկայիս
իշխանության, որքան` ընդդեմ ստեղծված պայմանների, Ուկրաինային պարտադրվող
որոշումների: Շելեստի կարծիքով, այսօր Մայդանում կանգնած մարդկանց համար դա
ընտրություն չէ ԵՄ և Ռուսաստանի միջև, և նրանք չեն հակադրում դրանք մեկը մյուսին:


 «Մինչդեռ Եվրոպան Ուկրաինայի համար դռները բաց է թողել, ինչի
մասին չեն դադարում կրկնել  եվրոպական
առաջնորդները: Ավելին, ընդհուպ մինչև նոյեմբերի 29-ի առավոտը հնարավոր է հենց
Վիլնյուսում ասոցացնման համաձայնագիրը ստորագրելու հեռանկարը: Նաև հարց է ծագում, թե
էլ ինչի մասին խոսել, երբ Ուկրաինան արդեն նախաստորագրել է տեքստը; Փաստորեն,
ընթանում է ընդամենը սակարկություն այն հարցի շուրջ, թե արդյոք ԵՄ էլի փող
կտա,  բացի այն միջոցներից, որոնք կարող են
Ուկրաինա գալ որպես ներդրում և խոստացված ֆինանսական օգնություն», - ամփոփել է
փորձագետը:


 «Ռեգիոն» հետազոտական կենտրոնը (Հայաստան) և Խաղաղության
ու ժողովրդավարության ինստիտուտը (Ադրբեջան) Հայաստանում և Ադրբեջանում Մեծ
Բրիտանիայի դեսպանությունների աջակցությամբ արդի հրատապ հարցերի շուրջ տարբեր
երկրների առաջատար փորձագետների համատեղ առցանց մամուլի ասուլիսներ են
կազմակերպում Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ԶԼՄ-ների համար` «Միմյանց վերաբերյալ հայերի և
ադրբեջաբնցիների գիտելիքների ընդլայնում և փոխվստահության հաստատում առաջին ձեռքից
ստացվող տեղեկատվության միջոցով» նախագծի շրջանակում:
