վերաբերյալ: Այդ մասին հայտարարել է
Հայաստանի երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբետ Քոչարյանը «Նոև Կովչեգում» հրապարակված
հարցազրույցում` մեկնաբանելով Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Ռուսաստանի նախագահների
վերջին հանդիպումը:  


 


«Հանդիպման արդյունավետությունը գնահատելու համար բավարար տեղեկատվության ես չեմ տիրապետում: Այնուհանդերձ, երկար ընդմիջումից և շփման գծում իրավիճակի լարումից հետո կայացած հանդիպման փաստն ինքնին արդեն դրական է: Ես կխուսափեի լավատեսական գնահատական տալ վերջնական լուծման հեռանկարների վերաբերյալ: Հանդիպման արդյունքների վերաբերյալ հրապարակային տեղեկատվությունը, հակամարտության կողմերի մեկնաբանություններն ու դրանց տոնայնությունն առայժմ այդ մասին չեն խոսում», - ընդգծել է երկրորդ նախագահը:


 


Պատասխանելով այն հարցին, թե արդյոք Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հարցը կարող է իսկապես բարդացնել Հայաստանի անդամակցությունը Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը, Քոչարյանը նշել է, որ սկզբունքորեն, ԵՎՏՄ ցանկացած երկիր ֆորմալ տեսանկյունից կարող է արգելափակել հարցը, պահանջելով Հայաստանի և ԼՂՀ-ի միջև մաքսային սահմանի հաստատում, ինչը դժվար թե ընդունելի լինի Հայաստանի համար: «Բայց Հայաստանին ընդունելու ցանկության դեպքում կարելի է փոխադարձ համաձայնությամբ լռակյաց շրջանցել այդ հարցը: ԼՂՀ-ը այլ երկրների հետ գործող սահման չունի, իսկ Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմանը դա զորքերի շփման գիծն է: Այսինքն, միության տարածք ԼՂՀ-ով ինչ-որ ապրանքների ներթափանցման վտանգը /որը կսպառնա մասնակից երկրների տնտեսական շահերին/ ուղղակի զրոյական է», - ընդգծել է նա:


 



Անդրադառնալով Հայաստանի մեկուսացմանը և առանց Ղարաբաղի կարգավիճակի հարցի վերջնական լուծման այդ մեկուսացումից դուրս գալու հնարավորությանն առնչվող հարցին` Քոչարյանը նշել է, որ Հայաստանը, հայտնի պատճառներով, ունի փակ սահման երկու հարևան երկրների հետ, բայց դա մեկուսացում չէ: «Հայաստանը մեկուսացման մեջ երբեք չի եղել, ու վստահ եմ` չի էլ լինի: Սահմանների հետ կապված իրավիճակն այսպիսին էր նաև իմ նախագահության շրջանում, բայց դա չխանգարեց մեզ զարգացնել տնտեսությունը աճի երկնիշ տեմպերով: Այստեղ կարող է նաև դրական զարգացում լինել: Միանգամայն հավանական է Իրանի նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցների հետագա մեղմացումը: Ենթադրում եմ, որ երկաթուղու աբխազական հատվածի աշխատանքը վերականգնելու հնարավորություն կա, այն պատճառով, որ դա ձեռնտու է բոլորին: Դրա շահագործման ճկուն բանաձև է անհրաժեշտ, այնպիսին, որը չի դիպչի կողմերի համար զգայուն խնդիրներին: Հայաստանն, իմ կարծքիով, պիտի լինի այդ գործընթացի ամենաակտիվ միջնորդը, քանի որ այն ուղղակիորեն առնչվում է իր կենսական շահերին», - եզրափակել է Քոչարյանը:
