ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank-ը, «Հայաստան» Համահայկական հիմնադրամը և World Vision Armenia-ն գործարկել են Գավառի մանկատան բարեգործական կրթական նախագիծը

Agricole Bank-ը, «Հայաստան»
Համահայկական հիմնադրամը և World Vision Armenia-ի հայկական ներկայացուչությունն ստորագրել են եռակողմ համագործակցության
պայմանագիր, որի շրջանակներում Գավառի մանկատան երեխաների համար կգործարկվի
համատեղ  բարեգործական կրթական նախագիծը:
Հունիսի 30-ին պայմանագիրն ստորագրել են ACBA-Credit
Agricole Bank-ի գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրեն
Հակոբ Անդրեասյանը, «Հայաստան» Համահայկական հիմնադրամի տնօրեն Արա Վարդանյանը և World
Vision Armenia-ի տնօրեն Ժիրայր Էդիլյանը:


 


Ինչպես լրագրողներին
հայտարարել են պայմանագրի կողմերը, այն բարեգործական ծրագիր է ACBA-Credit
Agricole Bank-ի և «Հայաստան»
Համահայկական հիմնադրամի «Visa Բարերար» քարտային նախագծի շրջանակներում և առաջին
անգամ է իրականացվում World Vision Armenia-ի հետ: Ծրագիրն ընտրվել է հեռախոսային հարցումների արդյունքում, որն անց է
կացվել «Visa Բարերար» քարտային նախագծի ամենաակտիվ քարտապանների շրջանում:
Հարցվողները քվեարկել են ուսումնական կենտրոնի ստողծման օգտին, որով կզբաղվի World
Vision Armenia-ն:


 


Ծրագրի շրջանակներում
Գավառի մանկատան 9-18 տարեկան մոտ 100 երեխաներին հնարավերություն է ընձեռվել
ստանալ հանրակրթական և մասնագիտական գիտելիքներ: Մասնավորապես, նախատեսվում է
կազմակերպել հայող լեզվի, օտար լեզուների, մաթեմատիկայի, պատմության և այլ
առարկաների, ինչպես նաև մասնագիտական դասընթացներ: Ծրագրի արժեքը կազմում է 41
մլն.դրամ, ժամկետը` 3 տարի:


 


Լրագրողների հետ զրույցում
Ժ.Էդիլյանը նշել է, որ ներկայուսմն Գավառի մանկատանը կա մոտ 100 երեխա: «Նրանք
այցելում են հանրակրթական դպրոց, ինչպես նաև արտադասարանական խմբակներ, բայց նրանց
ստացած գիտելիքները բավարար չեն, որպեսզի ուսումնական հաստատությունն ավարտելուց
հետո ստանան աշխատանք և ամբողջովին ինտեգրվեն հասարակությունում: Նրանց անհրաժեշտ
են ֆունդամենտալ գիտելիքներ և հստակ մասնագիտական կողմնորոշում»,-նշել է է.Էդիլյանը:


 


Նրա խոսքով, ուսումնառության ընթացքում յուրաքանչյուր աշակերտին
կընձեռվի անհատական մոտեցում, կախված նրա ընդունակութոյւններից,
հետաքրքրություններից, առողջական վիճակից և անհատական որակներից: Հատուկ
ուշադրություն կդարձվի սահմանափակ հնարավորություններով երեխաներին: Ժ.Էդիլյանը
նշել է, որ նախատեսվում է նաև երեխաներին բուհական ընդունելությունների
պատրաստելու հնարավորություններ: «Ծրագրի շրջանակներում մենք աշխատում ենք
երեխաներին սովորեցնել այն մասնագիտություններին, որոնք ներկայումս պահանջված են
աշխատանքի շուկայում: Բացի այդ, նրանց կտրվի նաև որոշ ձեռնարկատիրական
ունակություններ ձեռք բերելու հնարավորություն»,-հավելել է Ժ.Էդիլյանը:


 


ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank-ի գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրենն էլ իր հերթին է նշել, որ նոր ծրագիրը գործարկվել է
«Visa Բարերար» քարտային ծրագրի շրջանակներում և ունի հատուկ նշանակություն, քանի
որ իր կողմից ղեկավարվող կառույցն անտարբեր չի մնա մանկատան երեխաների հետագա
ճակատագրին: «ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank-ը աշակերտներին ուսումնական
ձեռնարկներով ապահովելու, և անգամ աշխատանքի, նույնիսկ մեր բանկում, տեղավորելու
հարցում կլինի հետևողական»,-հայտարարել ՝
Հ.Անդրեսայանը: Նա նաև նշել է, որ եթե մանկատան երեխաներն ապագայում զբաղվեն
ձեռներեցությամբ, ապա բանկը պատրաստ է նրանց start-up-ների ֆինանսավորմանը: Մենք ողջունում
ենք World Vision Armenia-ի մասնակցությունն այս
նախագծին և պատրաստ ենք հետագա համատեղ ծրագրերի, որոնք ուղղված կլինեն սոցիալական
պատասխանատվության բարձրացմանը»,-ընդգծել է Հ.Անդրեասյանը:


 


«Հայաստան» Համահայկական
հիմնադրամի ղեկավարն էլ իր հերթին է նշել, որ կրթական կենտրոնի ստեղծման գաղափարը
հայտնվեց Գավառի մանկատան երեխաների հետ շփումների արդյունքում: «Մենք ծանոթացանք
նրանց հետաքրքրություններին ու գերադասություններին և միայն դրանից հետո դիմեցինք World Vision
Armenia-ին, առաջարկելով իրականացնել կրթական կենտրոնի
ստեղծման ծրագիրը»,-տեղեկացրել է Ա.Վարդանյանը:


 


ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank-ը, «Հայաստան» Համահայկական հիմնադրամը և Visa ընկերությունը
դեռ 2012 թվականին էին հայտարարել «Visa Բարերար» բարեգործական քարտի թողարկման
մասին: Քարտի թողարկումը նվիրված էր «Հայաստան»
Համահայկական հիմնադրամի 20-ամյակին: Նախագծի նպատակը  Հայաստանի մանկատներում գտնվող երեխաներին
ֆինանսական օգնություն ցուցաբերելու նպատակով միջոցների ներգրավումն է: Դառնալով «Visa
Բարերար» քարտի քարտապան, ցանկացողները ստանում են «Հայաստան» Համահայկական հիմնադրամին առանց լրացուցիչ ծախսերի պարբերաբար
բարեգործական վճարներ կատարելու հնարավորություն: Դրա համար անհրաժեշտ է քարտով
վճարել ամենօրյա գնումների դիմաց: Հիմնադրամի հաշվին փոխանցվում է յուրաքանչյուր
գործարքի 0.3 %-ը, ինչպես նաև քարտի տարեկան սպասարկման վճարի 50%-ը: Բացի այդ,
քարտապանները կարող են իրականացնել լրացուցիչ վճարներ: Քարտը կարող է թողարկվել
ինչպես քարտապանի նախաձեռնությամբ, այնպես էլ բանկի աշխատավարձային նախագծերի
շրջանակներում: Նախագծին ավելի մեծ թվով անձանց ներգրավելու համար «Visa
Բարերար» աշխատավարձային քարտերը բանկում սպասարկվում են անվճար: Ներկայուսմ բանկն
ունի 19 հազար «Visa Բարերար» քարտ:      


 


Ըստ ԱրմԻնֆո գործակալության՝
«Հայաստանի բանկերը քարտային բիզնեսում» վերլուծական տեղեկագրի, ակտիվ քարտերի
թվով ACBA-Credit Agricole Bank-ը գտնվում է Հայաստանի բանկային համակարգի
առաջատարերի հնգյակում՝ մոտ 160 հազար քարտ, որից 90
հազարը կազմում են տեղական ArCa քարտերը՝ 47 հազարը՝ Visa քարտերը և ավելի քան 20
հազար՝ MasterCard համակարգի քարտերը: Քարտերի ընդհանուր թվում աշխատավարձային
քարտերը կազմում են ավելի քան 57%: Տարեկան կտրվածքով ակտիվ քարտերի թիվն ավելացել
է 15%, ինչը գրեթե միատեսակ թվաքանակով ապահովվել է տրամադրված տեղական ArCa և
միջազգային Visa քարտերի շնորհիվ: Տեղական քարտերի թվով բանկը գտնվում է
առաջատարների եռյակում, իսկ աշխատավարձային քարտերով՝ զբաղեցրել է երկ՝ մոտ 140
մլրդ դրամ, տարեկան աճը՝ 15%, որեղ բանկային տրանսակցիաները կազմել են շուրջ 115
մլրդ դրամ: Բանկն ունի 187 բանկոմատ և 1210 սեփական POS-թերմինալ: Բանկը թողարկում
և սպասարկում տեղական ArCa և միջազգային VISA և MasterCard քարտեր և արդեն 4 տարի
է, ինչ հանդիսանում է AmEx համակարգի բացառիկ գործընկերը:


 


Նշենք, որ ACBA-Credit
Agricole Bank-ը Հայաստանում գործում է 1995 թվականից: 2006
թվականի սեպտեմբերից բանկի մեծամասնական բաժնետերն է Եվրոպայի խոշորագույն
բանկային Credit Agricole S.A. խումբը, որի մասնաբաժինը բանկի կապիտալում կազմում
է 15,56%: Նրան հաջորդում են՝ «SACAM International» (Credit Agricole S.A. անդամ)
ընկերությունը՝ 12,44%, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի մարզային գյուղացիական փոխօգնության 10
միություններ:


 



Հիշեցնենք, որ «Հայաստան» համահայկական հիմնադրամը
հիմնվել է 1992 թվականին, ՀՀ Նախագահի հրամանագրով: Հիմնադրամի նպատակն է՝
համախմբել Հայաստանում, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում և արտասահմանում գտնվող հայերին ու համախոհներին,
որոնք պատրաստ են իրենց ջանքերն ուղղել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Արցախի կայուն
զարգացմանը: World Vision-ը Հայաստանուն սկսել է գործել 1988 թվականից: Առաջին
ծրագրերն ուղղվեցին Սպիտակի երկրաշարժից տուժածների օգնությանը: Հետագա տարիներին կազմակերպությունը
երկրում իրականացրել է մի շարք խոշոր երկարաժամկետ ծրագրեր: Ներկայումս
կազմակերպությունն աշխատում է Հայաստանի ավելի քան 200 համայնքներում, Շիրակի,
Արագածոտնի, Գեղարքունիքի, Սյունիքի, Տավուշի և Լոռու մարզերում, ինչպես նաև Երևանում,
աջակցություն ցուցաբերելով ավելի քան 33 հազար երեխաների ու նրանց ընտանիքներին:
