Ամուլսար. պատասխանատու հանքարդյունաբերություն, կայուն տնտեսական զարգացում


Գեոթիմ ընկերությունը մշտապես փորձում է ապահովելբոլոր շահագրգիռ կողմերին տեղեկատվությամբ ևպատասխանել բոլոր հետաքրքրող հարցերին: Ցանկանումենք ևս մեկ անգամ անդրադառնալ ծրագրի շուրջ որոշբարձրաձայնաված խնդիրների և մտահոգությունների ևառանձնացնել մի քանի կարևոր կետ:

Վստահությունը ամենաբարդ ձեռքբերվող կապիտալն է՝հատկապես տնտեսական վայրիվերումների այսժամանակներում: Մենք ուրախ ենք, որ կարողացել ենքձեռք բերել հեղինակավոր ներդրոողների վստահությունը:Այսօր թե՛ ընկերության, թե՛ երկրի համար այդվստահությունը պահպանելը նոր մարտահրավեր է:

Ընկերությունը դեռևս որևէ եկամուտ չի ստացելԱմուլսարից, և արդյունաբերությունը նախատեսվում էսկսել 2015 թվականից: 2007-ից ի վեր սակայն արդեն 50միլիոն դոլարի ներդրում է իրականացվել ծրագրում,ապահովելով բարձր վճարվող աշխատատեղեր,տնտեսական զգալի ակտիվություն և շոշափելիսոցիալական առաջընթաց շրջակա գյուղերում: Ծրագրիազդակիր համայնքներում այսօր ներգաղթ է գրանցվում:

Գեոթիմն այսօր ապահովում է ոչմիայն ավելի քան 160աշխատատեղ շրջակագյուղերում, այլև իր թիմում ունիբարձրակարգ հայաստանյանմասնագետներ՝ երկրաբանների, ինժեներներ,քարտեզագետներ, էկոլոգներ, կենսաբաններ և այլն:

Հարկ է ընդգծել, որ ֆինանասական տեսանկյունիցՀայաստանը նման նոր ներդրումային ծրագրից ավելի շատէ շահում, քան առաջնային ներդրումը ներգրավողընկերությունը: Երբ ծրագիրն արդեն սկսի եկամուտ բերել,ընկերությունը մոտավոր հաշվարկով ստանալու էարդյունահանվող մեկ ունցիա ոսկու արժեքի 24%:Մոտավորապես նույնքան՝ 22% ստանալու է պետականբյուջեն՝ միայն վաճառքից ստացված հարկերի ևռոյալթիների տեսքով: Մնացած 54%-ը կապիտալձեռքբերումներն ու գործառնական ծախսերն են, որոնց միզգալի մասը նույնպես ներդրվելու է Հայաստանում՝աշխատավարձերի, շինարարության, ծառայություններիդիմաց վճարների և այլ ծախսերի տեսքով:

Բնապահպանական մտահոգությունների մասին

Ծրագրի բնապահպանականկառավարումը օրինակելի է՝միջազգային բարձրչափանիշների և լավագույնփորձի համապատասխան:Երկրաբանահետախուզականաշխատանքների սկզբիցընկերությունը աննախադեպմիջոցներ, ժամանակ և ջանքերէ ներդրել ապահովելու, ործրագրի միջազգայինԲնապահպանական և սոցիալական ազդեցությանգնահատումը իրականացվի լավագուն միջազգայինընկերությունների կողմից և ամենաարդյունավետմիջոցառումները ներառվեն ծրագրում:

Սա ոչ միայն Լիդիանի խոշոր բաժնետերերի՝ Միջազգայինֆինանսական կորպորացիայի և Վերակառուցման ևզարգացման եվրոպական բանկի պահանջն է, սա նաևՀայաստանում իսկապես միջազգային բարձր մակարդակիհանքային ծրագիր ստեղծելու մերպատրաստակամությունն է: Ընկերության ղեկավար թիմիանդամները ունեն նման բարձրակարգ ծրագրերումաշխատելու երկարամյա փորձ այնպիսի երկրներում,ինչպիսիք են ԱՄՆ-ը, Ավստրալիան, Կանադան,Իսպանիան և այլն:

Բնապահպանական և սոցիալական ազդեցությանգնահատումը նախատեսվում է հրապարակել ավելի ուշայս տարի:

Հայաստանը կարող է ունենալ միջազգային զգալիներդրումների և հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտի կայուն ևբնապահպանական տեսանկյունից լավ կառավարվողզարգացման հնարավորություն, որից կշահեն երկիրն ուժողովուրդը: Ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիաները ընձեռումեն հանքային ծրագրերի լավագույն բնապահպանականկառավարման բոլոր հնարավորությունները և աշխարհումնման հարյուրավոր օրինակներ կան:

Հենց անցյալ շաբաթ Ավստալիան, որը աշխարհիառաջատար հանքարդյունաբերող և արտահանողերկրներից է արդեն երրորդ անգամ Տնտեսականհամագործակցության և զարգացման կազմակերպության“Բարեկեցիկ կյանքի” վարկանիշում առաջատարըճանաչվեց “Ամենալավ արդյունաբերական երկրների”շարքում: Ավստրալիային հետևում են Շվեդիան և մեկ այլխոշոր հանքարդյունաբերական երկիր՝ Կանադան:

Սա ապացուցում է, որ լավ կառավարվողհանքարդյունաբերությունը կարող է զգալի ներդրումունենալ տնտեսության մեջ՝ միաժամանակ ապահովելովբարեկեցություն և բնապահպանական խնդիրներիպատշաճ լուծումներ:
