ArmInfo.  Azerbaijani occupation forces have razed the Surb Hakob Church in Stepanakert. This was announced in a statement by the Artsakh Diocese of the  Armenian Apostolic Church.

The lawsuit was filed on behalf of the  Weightlifting Federation, whose president is Arayik Harutyunyan,  Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia. This action indicates their goal is to prevent the  potential release of David Minasyan by the Appellate Court's  decision, expected on April 17.
