At its April 2 session, the Moldovan Parliament has given final approval to legislation on withdrawing from the CIS agreement and the Alma-Ata Declaration.  Specifically, the bill on the establishment of the Commonwealth of Independent States, concluded in Minsk on December 8, 1991, as well as the Protocol to the Agreement, signed in Alma-Ata on December 21, 1991, was denounced.
