ArmInfo.  As part of the traditional two-month Francophonie festival, a digital version of the film "We Are Our Mountains" by renowned Armenian film director Henrik Malyan was screened with French subtitles at the Council of Europe Cinema on March 25, at the initiative of the Permanent Mission of  Armenia to the Council of Europe.

ArmInfo. Narek Karapetyan, a board member of the "Strong Armenia" party, has called for a radical technical upgrade to Armenia's border defenses. Speaking to reporters on March 25, Karapetyan proposed the  installation of advanced electronic surveillance systems capable of monitoring adversary movements up to 25 km deep into their own territory.

ArmInfo.The Armenian Foreign Ministry is planning to contact its Russian counterparts regarding the cancellation of tickets for a National Assembly deputy from the ruling faction. The RA Foreign Minister, Ararat Mirzoyan,  made this statement during a government hour on March 25, responding to a question from MP Maria Ghazaryan.

ArmInfo.The share of children with disabilities attending special schools in Armenia has decreased from 37.5% in 2015 to 6.5% in 2023. This means that the majority of these children are now enrolled in public secondary  schools, as stated in the UNESCO Global Education Monitoring Report, presented at the annual meeting of the UNESCO Global Education Coalition.

Starting in the new academic year, cadets of Armenian military educational institutions will be able to pursue a second specialty in their second year.  Discussions on this matter are currently taking place  with the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports, as stated by RA Defense Minister Suren Papikyan during a government hour on March 25.

ArmInfo.An Armenian court has granted the motion of Archbishop Arshak Khachtaryan's ( head of  the chancery of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin) defense team to recuse Judge Gevorg Manukyan of the Armavir Regional Court of General Jurisdiction. The corresponding decision was made on March 25 during  a hearing on the Archbishop's case in the Armavir Regional Court of General Jurisdiction.

It seems that representatives of several Armenian opposition forces have received a letter of instruction from a certain center to talk about the security and disintegration of the army, as stated by the RA Defense  Minister, Suren Papikyan during a government hour on March 25, in response to a question from Babken Tunyan, a deputy from the ruling "Civil Contract" faction.

ArmInfo. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan believes that the Karabakh movement has sacrificed Armenia to geopolitical interests. "We realized this too late, but there are political forces that still haven't grasped it," he said during government hour in parliament on March 25, responding to a question from a fellow party member. Over time, Armenia increasingly conceded, sacrificing its sovereignty and independence, he added.

Pashinyan noted that his optimism stems from recent face-to-face meetings with citizens during a month-long internal party campaign.  He argued that after a "thousand-year search," it is "historically impossible" for the people to abandon the path of development in favor of a "survival agenda" just as the goal is within reach.
