ArmInfo.Russian President Vladimir Putin held a telephone conversation with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, the Kremlin press service reported.

ArmInfo. Armenia's National Security Service officers had recently detained three Artsakh Armenians in the village of Kornidzor in the Syunik region for taking several photos and videos against the backdrop of occupied Artsakh,  as reported by Artsakh lawyer Roman Yeritsyan  on his Facebook page.

ArmInfo.At the initiative of the Iranian side, a telephone conversation took place between Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi. They discussed the deteriorating  situation  in the Persian Gulf, which has been exacerbated by US and Israeli aggression.

ArmInfo.  The ban on "respecting the right of peoples to self- determination" goes against the core principle of the UN Charter (Article 1, paragraph 2) and  relevant international treaties, as stated by Gevorg Danielyan,  former Armenian Justice Minister and Doctor of Law, in a post on his  Facebook.

ArmInfo.  Armenian authorities are planning to close the Nubarashen Penitentiary.

ArmInfo. Hybrid attacks, including from Russia, are clearly being used against Armenia. Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan stated this in a  conversation with journalists in the Armenian parliament, addressing  allegations that Russia is allegedly carrying out hybrid attacks  against Armenia.

ArmInfo.  A criminal case against a medical worker at the Yerevan Garrison Hospital for the negligent death of a serviceman has been sent with an indictment to a supervisory authority with a motion for approval and referral to  court, the Investigative Committee of Armenia reports.

ArmInfo.  An employee of the Vanadzor Unified Social Service processed benefits for citizens in exchange for a bribe, the Anti-Corruption Committee reports.

ArmInfo. Narek Karapetyan, a member of the board of the Strong Armenia party, gave an interview to American businessman and blogger Mario Naufal, during which he described the situation within Armenia amid the Middle East crisis. Naufal himself reported this on his Twitter page X, presenting the  main points and excerpts from the interview with Karapetyan.

ArmInfo.  The text of the draft Constitution of Armenia is completely ready. RA Minister of Justice Srbuhi Galyan told reporters on March 23, responding to a question about the Ministry of Justice's promise to publish the text of the  country's Basic Law in March, a deadline that is already expiring.

ArmInfo.  Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan echoed the sentiments of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, assuring that there is no blackmail on the part of the Armenian authorities and that if the ruling Civil  Contract party is not re-elected, a new war in the region should be  expected.

ArmInfo.  Armenia has applied to the EU for a third tranche of assistance from the European Peace Facility. This was announced by Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan.

ArmInfo.  Armenia sent humanitarian aid in the form of medicine to Iran. Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan stated this in the Armenian parliament when asked by a member of parliament whether Armenia had sent humanitarian aid to Iran, especially given the statement by the Iranian Embassy in Yerevan.

ArmInfo. It is shameful to realize that Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's words of hatred and discrimination against the Armenians of Artsakh are no different from the rhetoric of Azerbaijani dictator President Ilham Aliyev, who unleashed a war against Artsakh, imposed a blockade, and  carried out ethnic cleansing.

ArmInfo. Lawyer Harutyun Harutyunyan has submitted a letter of resignation from the Judicial Ethics Commission of the General Assembly of Judges. He wrote about this on his Facebook page. "As you know, amendments have been made to the RA Judicial Code (in my opinion, purposeful, since they affect me exclusively), which have left me with a dilemma: remain a member of the Ethics Commission of the General Assembly of Judges or practice  law.

This was announced by Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Armen Ghazaryan at the fifth meeting of the  Parliamentary Partnership Committee.
