ArmInfo. The Armenian parliamentary delegation, led by RA National Assembly Vice Speaker Hakob Arshakyan, is participating in the work of the Council, plenary sessions, and standing committees of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly (IPA CIS) in St. Petersburg. 

ArmInfo.  Armenian National Security Service officers and masked individuals have been conducting searches at the Mother Armenia party office at 20 Mashtots Street since early morning. Iveta Tonoyan, the press secretary of the Prosperous Armenia party, reported this on her Facebook page.

ArmInfo.  Russian gas prices for Armenia cannot increase because a mutually beneficial agreement is in effect. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this at a briefing on May 21, speaking about restrictions on Armenian goods supplied to Russia, the country's possible withdrawal from the EAEU, and rising gas prices.

ArmInfo.A single, specific force should bear the responsibility for governing the country following the June parliamentary elections in Armenia, as stated by  Narek Karapetyan, a board member of the "Strong Armenia party", s in an interview with News.am. H e was responding to a request for  clarification regarding which coalitions the "Strong Armenia" bloc intends to form if the opposition secures more votes than the ruling  "Civil Contract" party, but no single force manages to attain a 50 + 1 majority.

ArmInfo.Armenia has successfully exported domestic weaponry to the international market this year, as stated by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan  on May 21  campaign rally in the city of Ararat. Confirming Armenia's entry into the global arms market, Pashinyan invited voters to an upcoming  military parade on May 28, noting that a selection of military hardware— including domestically produced equipment—will remain on  display adjacent to Yerevan's Republic Square following the event.

ArmInfo.Representatives of opposition political forces have expressed bewilderment over the statement made by Armenian Defense Minister Suren Papikyan on the evening of May 20 regarding why the male members of the family of businessman and leader of the "Strong Armenia" party, Samvel  Karapetyan, were not killed during the large-scale war unleashed by Azerbaijan against Artsakh.

ArmInfo. Ensuring women's employment will be a priority for the "Strong Armenia" party. Narek Karapetyan, the number one candidate on the party's electoral list, announced this on May 21 during a meeting with voters in Aragatsavan  village, Aragatsotn region.

The recent visit to Donbas was strictly humanitarian in nature and demonstrated that not everyone in Armenia opposes Armenian-Russian relations, as stated by Andranik Tevanyan, the second candidate on the opposition "Prosperous Armenia" party's parliamentary list, during a press conference in  Yerevan on May 21. His remarks came in response to a question regarding whether his trip to Donbas could trigger criminal prosecution against him.
