ArmInfo.During a meeting with a delegation led by President of the Belgian Chamber of Representatives Pieter de Roove, Secretary of the Security Council of  Armenia Armen Grigoryan expressed satisfaction with the positive dynamics in the development of bilateral Armenian-Belgian relations.

ArmInfo.Artur Khachatryan, a member of the RA National Assembly from the opposition "Armenia" faction, has demanded that Prosecutor General Anna Vardapetyan provide information on the existence of a gasoline mafia in the country, as recently stated by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

ArmInfo. Ameriabank and Proparco, a subsidiary of the Agence Française de Développement Group (AFD Group) signed a €75 million credit agreement. Signed during French President Emmanuel Macron’s State Visit to Armenia, the agreement aims to support Armenian agriculture and micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs).

ArmInfo.  The Prosecutor General's Office of Armenia has sent a petition to the Central Bank of the country requesting additional measures to protect citizens  from cyber fraud, as stated by Prosecutor General Anna Vardapetyan in  the National Assembly on May 6.

ArmInfo.  The current Armenian authorities stoop to using even  the state-funded Public  Television to spread lies, as stated by Narek Karapetyan, a board  member of the Strong Armenia party, on his Facebook page.

ArmInfo.  Armenia should not worry about upsetting Russia while protecting its interests, as stated by Alen Simonyan, Speaker of the Armenian Parliament,  during  a briefing on May 6. He was responding to journalists' questions  regarding potential damage to Armenian- Russian relations following  recent statements made by European leaders in Yerevan.  He referred  to the mirror approach, noting that when Russia pursues its own  interests, it does not care whether Armenia's interests are  undermined.

ArmInfo. Turkey's Special Representative for Normalization of Relations with Armenia, Serdar K?l?c, has reported on his visit to Yerevan. " We participated in the  panel titled "Turning Point in the South Caucasus; Expectations  Towards Peace and Cooperation," organized within the framework of the  Erivan Forum, together with friends from the EU, Georgia, and  Azerbaijan, as well as my counterpart Ruben Rubinyan in the  normalization process, and shared our views," the Turkish diplomat  wrote on Twitter (X).

ArmInfo. Poor attitude toward Armenian statehood, disrespect for Armenia in the CSTO, preparations for a 44-day war with Azerbaijan, and much more-this is what is  spoiling relations between Armenia and Belarus.

ArmInfo.  On the eve of the 81st anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, Russian Ambassador Sergei Kopyrkin took part in the ceremony to hand over the "Flame of  Memory" to Yerevan Secondary School No. 21 of the Russian Ministry of  Defense, organized by the All- Russian Popular Front movement and the  Rossotrudnichestvo office in Armenia.

ArmInfo. French President Emmanuel Macron, who encourages Armenia to reject Russia's "imperial" patronage, is himself acting like an heir to his country's imperial past, wanting to "teach everyone." This opinion was expressed in a conversation  with RTVI by Konstantin Zatulin, First Deputy Chairman of the State  Duma Committee on CIS Affairs. ArmInfo.  Arusyak Julhakyan, a member of the ruling Civil Contract faction in the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia, was elected Chairperson of the  Parliamentary Committee on State and Legal Affairs by secret ballot.

ArmInfo.  On May 6, RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, accompanied by Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan, visited Misak Manushyan Park, where a new public playground,  "Armenian Inventors: Science from the Inside," was opened. According  to the government press service, the prime minister inspected the  facilities.

ArmInfo.  Kristine Grigoryan, head of the Foreign Intelligence Service of the Republic of Armenia, agrees with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's assertions about the  possibility of war in the event of a change of power in the country.

ArmInfo.  In February of this year, the Vedi Investigative Department opened a case of violent sexual assault against a minor, and a similar case was opened in  April.  However, as lawyer Lusine Martirosyan noted on her Facebook  page, the police, investigative bodies, and the prosecutor's office  are taking no action.
