Mirzoyan added that this issue is also at the forefront of their attention during meetings with international partners. He acknowledged that the withdrawal of the International Committee of the Red Cross from Azerbaijan has complicated the situation. "The problem exists, efforts are ongoing, but there is no news yet," the Armenian Foreign Minister said, noting that the only news that could be is the release of a new group of Armenian captives.
