Members of the Sverdlovsk Region Representative Office of the Assembly of the Peoples of the World and the Yekaterinburg-based "Idea" Social Activity Foundation, which implements international projects on culture, the Russian language, and children's diplomacy, visited the Moscow House in Yerevan.
According to the press service of the Moscow Cultural and Business Center "Moscow House" in Yerevan, the guests met with the center's director, Hayk Melikyan. The parties outlined plans for cooperation, joint educational programs, and projects aimed at supporting and promoting the Russian language in Armenia, as well as developing children's diplomacy. "We've been working with Armenian representatives for a long time. Recently, we decided to expand our geographic reach and establish contacts with Armenia to collaborate on joint projects to promote the Russian language and exchange cultures," said Elmira Samokhina, head of the Assembly of the Peoples of the World's Sverdlovsk Region.
Presenting the activities of the Moscow House in Yerevan, Hayk Melikyan emphasized that the center places special emphasis on promoting the Russian language and strengthening cultural and humanitarian ties between Russia and Armenia.
