ArmInfo. The Prosperous Armenia Party will participate in the parliamentary elections with a program called "Armenia's Proposal" centered on the core slogan "Guaranteed Peace," as announced by party member Iveta Tonoyan at a press conference on April 28.
According to her, the election campaign includes 10 proposals, with a heavy emphasis on a balanced foreign policy and securing Armenia's regional position through international institutional mechanisms. Tonoyan stressed that any normalization with Azerbaijan must strictly prioritize Armenia's state interests.
The program's priorities include strengthening the military as a guarantor of security, developing a competitive economy and a favorable tax environment, ending "credit slavery" and "bank racketeering," ensuring decent pensions, free education, and social equality. Separate sections are devoted to agriculture, promoting a healthy lifestyle, and addressing the issues of Gyumri and Yerevan.
The party also announced that the program will be available to the general public soon. Tonoyan noted that the party's electoral list includes 107 candidates, with three representatives from Armenia's national minorities.
