ArmInfo. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived in Yerevan to participate in the European Political Community summit. Alen Simonyan, the Speaker of the Armenian Parliament, met Zelenskyy at the plane's steps.
According to Ukrainian official sources, the Ukrainian President is scheduled to meet with the prime ministers of Norway, Finland, the United Kingdom, and the Czech Republic today.
Earlier, Zelenskyy stated that the key issue he plans to discuss at his meetings with partners in Yerevan is "greater security and coordination for all of us."
Meanwhile, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced that he will also meet with the Ukrainian leader at the European Political Community summit. He emphasized that the current situation is unique, and therefore "it is very important to maintain contacts and the basic unity of the European political community," which includes not only EU countries but also other partners, such as Armenia, which is hosting the summit.
As a reminder, 48 heads of state and government were invited to this year's European Political Community summit, under the slogan "Building the Future: Unity and Stability in Europe," including from the European Union, the United Kingdom, Ukraine, the Balkans, and the South Caucasus. For the first time, a non-European country will attend the forum: Canada, represented by Prime Minister Mark Carney.
