RA FM awarded Grand Officer of Legion of Honor of France

ArmInfo.  Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan was awarded the Grand Officer of the Legion of Honor by decree of French President Emmanuel Macron. The Armenian  Foreign Ministry press service reported this.

"This award is the second most prestigious award of the Legion of  Honor, established by Napoleon Bonaparte in 1802, after the Grand  Cross," the Armenian Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

It was previously reported that Armenian President Vahagn  Khachaturyan and Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan were awarded the  French Legion of Honor.
