ArmInfo. When a child is born, everyone rejoices, just as we hould rejoice over the peace established between Armenia and Azerbaijan. This was stated by RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a campaign on June 8 in the village of Brnakot in Armenia's Syunik Province.
According to him, calm has reigned at the borders for two years now; no one is shooting, no one is killed. Pashinyan believes the time has come to simply live. The country has emerged from a state of existence and entered a stage of development and life, strengthening the well-being of the state and its citizens.
At the next stop, already in Sisian, the prime minister spoke about the mandatory health insurance system. He noted that during the first stage, the biggest beneficiaries were pensioners, who began receiving free medical services, and children under 18. The rest of society pays a certain amount, part of which is returned as payments to the Zinapa fund. Pashinyan noted that he was pleased with the news that taxi drivers had held protests demanding their inclusion in the mandatory health insurance system. He noted that there are many countries where, on the contrary, rallies were held against the introduction of this system.
As a reminder, Armenia will hold parliamentary elections on June 7, with 19 political forces - 17 parties and two blocs - participating.
