Strong Armenia party sues RA Public TV for defamation

ArmInfo.The Strong Armenia Party has filed a lawsuit against the Public Television of Armenia (PTA) for defamation. The party's press service told ArmInfo.

According to the source, the PTA disseminated defamatory information  in its evening news broadcast on May 3, claiming that the unified  opposition candidate was second President of Armenia Robert  Kocharyan. In its lawsuit, Strong Armenia demands a retraction of  this defamation.

The party also recalled that Samvel Karapetyan is the Strong Armenia  bloc's candidate for prime minister.
