ArmInfo. As an alternative to  Russia's policy, Armenian authorities are directly or indirectly  hinting at Turkey and Azerbaijan's policy as a means of replacing the  Russian market and promoting trade. "It seems that Turkey and Azerbaijan have not committed war crimes  against our people. Perhaps the borders have already been opened,  peace treaties signed, and Azerbaijani troops withdrawn from the  sovereign territories of the Republic of Armenia? Can you imagine  what will happen if, under such circumstances, Azerbaijan and Turkey  gain such a decisive role in infrastructure and economic development,  which, in turn, will inevitably lead to political influence? Then  they will again say: 'The Russians abandoned us, we were forced to  make new concessions,'" Abrahamyan wrote.
