


ArmInfo. The second president of the Republic of Armenia, leader of the "Armenia" bloc, Robert Kocharyan, filed a lawsuit against the Central Electoral Commission in the Administrative Court.
According to Armenian media, in his lawsuit, Robert Kocharyan challenges the Central Electoral Commission's decision of June 17, which authorized the initiation of a criminal case against the second president of the Republic of Armenia. The lawsuit was filed yesterday evening and signed by Judge Grigor Arakelyan. A decision on accepting the lawsuit for consideration has not yet been made.
As a reminder, a similar lawsuit was previously filed by David Ghazinyan, a member of the political council of the "Strong Armenia" party.
