"The Ararat Community Police Department registered 153 crimes, of which 140 were solved. The detection rate was 91.5%. The decrease in crimes is primarily due to a decrease in thefts and fraud. The Masis Community Police Department, according to him, registered 652 crimes, of which 593 were solved. The police representative clarified that the detection rate was 91%. He explained that the increase in crimes was primarily due to an increase in crimes against public safety, public order, and public health.
