Vahagn Aleksanyan: If the opposition considers the PAP mandates  stolen, why didn`t "Strong Armenia" renounce them?

Has anyone renounced their mandate?" Vahagn Aleksanyan, a member of parliament from the Civil Contract Party, asked this question during a parliamentary briefing on August 3, commenting on the opposition's accusations that the authorities had allegedly stolen the PAP mandates.

He also touched on the opposition's speculation regarding the late  voting of military personnel. Despite calls not to speculate on this  issue, Aleksanyan noted, opposition representatives had recorded  numerous videos and published numerous posts. "Everyone was saying  that the elections should be canceled, that this was unacceptable.  Voting at these polling stations was canceled, and the result was  what it was," the MP noted.

When asked whether the Civil Contract had already discussed how they  would vote on Aram Vardevanyan (Strong Armenia Party) for the post of  Vice Speaker of Parliament, Aleksanyan noted that the issue had not  yet been considered. He also ironically expressed the opinion that  Vardevanyan is one of the most loyal voters of the Civil Contract  party.
