According to the department's report, a preliminary investigation into the criminal case conducted by the Anti-Corruption Committee established that the head of the Yeghegnadzor community, using his official position, alienated a 0.466-hectare land plot belonging to a city sports complex with a market value of 3,300,000 drams, as well as a half-built sports complex with a market value of 980,000 drams, in favor of an LLC.

The preliminary investigation revealed that the aforementioned official alienated the land plot under a purchase and sale agreement with the aforementioned company, allegedly under the terms of an auction for the aforementioned unfinished building. On the basis of this agreement, the company's director knowingly submitted a false agreement to the Yeghegnadzor territorial division of the cadastral committee, and ownership rights were registered in relation to it. company.

Furthermore, the preliminary investigation revealed that the head of the Shatin community in the Vayots Dzor region, as the organizer of the auction, with the assistance of the director of the same LLC and his wife, illegally alienated 0.15 hectares of the community's agricultural land to the said company in violation of legal requirements. As a result, a purchase and sale agreement was concluded between the parties, which resulted in significant damage to the legitimate interests of the Shatin community.

The director of the LLC has been charged under Part 1 of Article 38-308 (2 counts), Part 1 of Article 38-314, and Part 1 of Article 325 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia, adopted on April 18, 2003.

The preliminary investigation of the criminal case has been completed, and the case materials, along with the indictment, have been sent to the supervisory authority for review and transfer to court.
