ArmInfo. International rating agency Moody’s, in parallel with raising the outlook for Armenia's sovereign rating, has changed the outlook for Acba Bank's long-term deposits and issuer ratings from stable to positive, at Ba3 level.
This rating is equal to the rating of the Republic of Armenia and is currently the highest possible level granted by Moody’s in Armenia.
The assessment was awarded to the bank taking into account its high asset quality, solid capital buffer, as well as high solvency and liquidity indicators.
Moody’s also highlights the systemic importance of Acba Bank in the financial market of Armenia, as the bank continues to remain one of the top three largest banks in the country by asset volume.
