An international exhibition entitled "Myths, Cults, and Cosmology: Berlin's Museum Island at the History Museum of Armenia" will open in Yerevan on September 21, Independence Day of the Republic of Armenia. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sport of Armenia.
The event will be organized with the financial support of the Ministry of the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Armenia, in collaboration with the History Museum of Armenia and Museum Island. "For the first time, the exhibition will bring together a selection of collections from six museums on Berlin's Museum Island and the History Museum of Armenia. This exhibition will offer visitors a unique opportunity to explore cosmological images and ideas from various cultural contexts, from the ancient world to the Middle Ages and modern times. The exhibition will open at the History Museum of Armenia. The event is dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Armenia and the 200th anniversary of the founding of Berlin's Museum Island," the Armenian Ministry of Education, Science and Culture reported.
