


ArmInfo. The Compulsory Enforcement Service reported the seizure of movable and immovable property belonging to businessman Gagik Tsarukyan, leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party.
The Service's statement noted that, as part of the enforcement proceedings initiated by the Anti-Corruption Court based on a writ of execution issued by the Anti-Corruption Court, approximately 29 real estate properties, 488 movable property properties, 33 vehicles, and shares of 27 different companies belonging to the debtor, GC, as well as shares and securities of 40 legal entities affiliated with it, and property belonging to the latter, were seized.
Large sums of cash and valuable jewelry, discovered by the Investigative Committee during a search of a private home, were also seized. Entrepreneur.
G.Ts. is ordered not to take any action to illegally dispose of the discovered and seized property. As a result of the actions of the enforcement body conducting the investigation as part of another enforcement proceeding, a change of ownership of real estate and buildings located on the shore of Lake Sevan and owned by the debtor G.Ts. is prohibited, as well as any illegal actions that worsen the actual condition of said property.
