


ArmInfo. A participant in the bloody showdown in Yerevan has been found and detained in Georgia. This was reported on his Facebook page by Narek Sargsyan, press secretary of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs.
"Thanks to joint, large-scale investigative measures by the Ministries of Internal Affairs of Armenia and Georgia, which lasted several months, 37-year-old M. M., wanted by law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Armenia on charges of murder, hooliganism, and illegal acquisition and carrying of weapons and ammunition, was found and arrested in Georgia. He is accused of committing murder with the use of a firearm in the Ajapnyak administrative district in February 2026. As a result of cooperation between the law enforcement agencies of the two countries, the extradition of the wanted individual will be carried out in accordance with the established procedure. Other wanted persons in this case were found by the criminal police officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in July," the press secretary of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.
