The foreign ministers of Russia and Turkey were discussed the cooperation agenda at a meeting in Baku.

Arminfo.  On the sidelines of the 7th Summit of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia (CICA) in Baku, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov met with his Turkish counterpart Hakan Fidan.  The interlocutors exchanged views on current tasks aimed at intensifying trade, economic and energy cooperation, with a focus on the progress of implementing key bilateral projects.

According to the press service of the Russian Foreign Ministry, the importance of coordinating the actions of Russia and Türkiye in the international arena was confirmed, including assistance in achieving a just settlement of the crisis around Ukraine. The schedule of contacts at the highest and high levels was discussed.
