ArmInfo. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received the OSCE Chairman-in-Office and Swiss Foreign Minister Ignazio Cassis.

The Prime Minister emphasized the importance of the consistent development of relations between Armenia and Switzerland, noting the need to organize high-level reciprocal visits. Nikol Pashinyan also touched upon the ongoing developments in the region and added that the signing and ratification of a peace agreement with Azerbaijan is an absolute priority for the Armenian government.

Ignazio Cassis, in turn, noted that Switzerland also attaches great importance to the development of political, economic, and humanitarian ties with Armenia. He welcomed and emphasized the importance of establishing peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan, expressing hope that a peace agreement will be signed as soon as possible.

According to a government statement, during the meeting, the parties exchanged views on issues of mutual interest.
