ArmInfo. Armenian Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure David Khudatyan discussed prospects for developing Armenian-French cooperation in infrastructure, energy, water resources management, and interregional cooperation with French Ambassador to Armenia Florian Escudier.

According to the press service of the Armenian Ministry of Territorial Administration, in this regard, the parties discussed the construction of the Bargushat tunnel on the Sisian-Kajaran section of the North-South transport corridor. Further steps for the project's implementation were discussed.

The interlocutors then reviewed current and planned projects in the water sector. In particular, initiatives implemented with the support of the French Development Agency were discussed, including the Vedi reservoir construction and irrigation system development projects, as well as opportunities for effective water resource management and infrastructure modernization.
