Law maker: the decision in respect to Sasna Tsrer case will be political one 

ArmInfo.Inessa petrosyan, the  lawyer of Sasna Tsrer  group members Aram and  Pavel Manoukyan, thinks that court's s decision will be of political character .

Particularly, she mentioned that Aram Manoukyan's case  investigation  is already completed. The lawyer also expressed disagreement with  charges  proposed to Manoukyan, because, in her opinion, those were  illegal and unfair. " During the investigation various  charges in  buildings seizure and capturing were proposed additionally, while  earlier it has been promised that those will not be proposed.   Moreover, Manoukyan and other members of the group did what they did  proceeding of political motivation," the lawyer accentuated , noting  that authorities promised to apply softer sanctions if the group  gives up.   

Petrosyan stated also, that during the time of imprisonment the  rights of her clients have been violated as well. Particularly, she  reminded that her clients after the surgical treatment have been  taken to the hospital for arrested and imprisoned persons, where they  were not provided with proper medical help. " And only after we  applied to the European Court of  Human Rights Protection, the  situation went a little better. But the situation with Aram  Manoukyan' shealth is still difficult. He has a permanent fever,    but nobody cares," she mentioned. 

To note, Sasna Tsrer Group members Aram  and Pavel Manukyan in July  2016 were   accused by Article 219 1st 3 part (Capture of buildings,  transport  means, messages or relations committed by organized group)  and  Article 3 part 235 (Illegal purchase, sale, saving, transfer or   keeping weapon, armament, explosive stuff and explosive device done   by organized group) Armenian Criminal Code, Article 218 part3 point 1   (hostage taking) and Article 238(weapon rape, armed technique,   explosive devices). As means of suppression was selected arrest.   Appealer court rejected to change the suppression way on August 23  2016.
