Another very important point, there are no contradictions in the issue of Armenia-NATO and Armenia-CSTO cooperation. I want to note that we offer cooperation, but we never impose it. And the partnership between Armenia and NATO is transparent and based on mutual trust, "the diplomat said. In this context, he added that the North Atlantic Alliance assisted Armenia in the development of the security concept of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia, the creation of the first NATO fund for the disposal of obsolete armored vehicles, and the strengthening of the moral foundations in the Armed Forces. The diplomat also invited the organizers of the event to invite representatives of the Russian Embassy in Armenia to such discussions, thus facilitating the establishment of a dialogue between NATO and Russia. At the same time, he stressed that neither Germany nor the NATO partners will reconcile and accept the "annexation of Crimea" by Russia and the resumption of a full-fledged dialogue will not be possible until Moscow fulfills the Minsk commitments.
