IC opened the murder of a contract serviceman in "hot pursuit"

ArmInfo. Investigative Committee of Armenia on "hot pursuit" revealed the murder of a  32-year-old contract soldier - the suspect was detained.

According to Armenian IC press service, on August 17 at 15:10 local  time the department received a message that a completely burnt out  car was found near the village of Nerkin Karmiryahbyur. <The  investigative-operational group arrived at the scene, when examining  the scene of the incident, found a body burned to the ground in a  VAZ-2106 car. It was possible to establish the identity of the  deceased - he was a resident of the village Nerkin Karmiryahbyur, a  serviceman of the contract service in 1985. In connection with the  incident, a criminal case was opened on the grounds of Article 104  part 1 of RA Criminal Code.

Thanks to immediate measures, the motives for the murder, the  identity of the alleged murderer, who is also a resident of Nerkin  Karmiryahbury of Tavush district, were found out, "the ministry  message reads.

At the same time IC  notes that the 32-year-old serviceman was  injured incompatible with life around 21:00 on August 16 during a  dispute, which took place during inter-personal relations with the  37-year-old villager, after which the latter put the deceased into a  car, rolled it In a ravine and arson. <37-year-old man is detained.  The preliminary investigation continues", Armenian IC message reads.
