The US Congress celebrated the 25th anniversary of the establishment of Armenian-American diplomatic relations

ArmInfo. The US Congress celebrated the 25th anniversary of the establishment of Armenian-American diplomatic relations and the 26th anniversary of Armenia's independence.  As the press service of the Armenian Foreign Ministry told ArmInfo, the event was organized by the Armenian Embassy in the United States and a group of friendship with Armenia in the Congress in cooperation with the Armenian National Committee of America and the Armenian Assembly of America.

The Ambassador of Armenia to the United States Grigor Hovhannisyan during the welcoming speech touched upon the most important areas of Armenia-US cooperation and expressed his gratitude to the group of friendship with Armenia in the Congress for their contribution to the development of bilateral cooperation.
