Lavrov noted steady progress in development of Russian-Armenian  military-technical cooperation

"Yerevan is one of Russia's key partners in the CIS, and the  representatives of Armenia are at the head of the Eurasian Economic  Commission and the CSTO Secretariat, and we reviewed the  implementation of the Intergovernmental Agreement on Russia's  technical and financial assistance to Armenia in adapting to the  conditions of the EAEU. We have practically coinciding positions on  all issues on the agenda of international organizations, including  the UN, OSCE, CE, BSEC. each of our countries with the European  Union, the North Atlantic Alliance in a situation when,  unfortunately, some members of these structures are stricken with the  virus of "pathological Russophobia." Of course, we discussed the  prospects of the Nagorno-Karabakh settlement,our delegation held the  day before yesterday in Baku.As the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs,  together with our American and French partners, we will continue to  assist in creating conditions that would allow settlement s the  problem between the parties concerned. We are very grateful to our  Armenian friends for today's productive work.
