Companies of ACBA Leasing  and Semina Consulting set  favorable  conditions for winemakers

ArmInfo.The leasing company ACBA Leasing (http://www.acbaleasing.am/) and the consulting company Semina Consulting (http://semina.am/) signed a memorandum on  cooperation in creating favorable conditions for winemakers in Armenia. As the press service of the company told ArmInfo, the document was signed by the general director of "ACBA Leasing" Arsen Bazikyan and the executive director of Semina Consulting Vahe Keushguerian.

"Currently, ACBA Leasing is developing new, more flexible financial  instruments that, through leasing, will open up new opportunities for  winemakers to implement new projects and concepts." Cooperation with  Semina Consulting is very important for us, because combining their  work in the field of winemaking and accumulated by us, many years of  experience in the financial sector will help to provide assistance to  local winemakers at all stages of business, "said Arsen Basikyan,  General Director of ACBA Leasing.

"High-quality wine can be produced only from quality grapes, and no  one knows better than the farmers the potential of the land on which  this grapes are grown, therefore, first of all, investments should be  aimed at farmers." The project provides for professional advice to  farmers regarding winemaking, and at the same time with this help  them to create their own business, "said Vahe  Keushguerian,  Executive Director of Semina Consulting.

It should be noted that the company "Semina Consulting", located in  Armenia, offers consulting services in the field of winemaking, and  also provides support to winemakers in terms of strategic development  and marketing management. The company's goal is to develop the wine  culture and modernize the rapidly growing sphere of the winery. Vahe  Keushguerian - founder of "Semina Consulting", has been working in  the wine business since 1990. He owned and managed vineyards and  wineries in Toscana  and Puglia.

It should be noted that ACBA-Leasing is the first leasing company of  Armenia, founded in 2003. The shareholders are the French company  Credit Agricole Leasing & Factoring and the Armenian ACBA- Credit  Agricole Bank. ACBA-Leasing is the leading leasing company in the  Armenian market, its coverage reaches 80%.  According to the  Financial Rating of Banks and Credit Companies of Armenia prepared by  IC ArmInfo, the volume of leasing operations increased by 11% in  2016, making 16.7 billion drams. The volume of leasing operations of  ACBA-Leasing by January 1, 2017 amounted to 13.1 billion drams with  an annual growth of 12%. In the total volume of leasing operations of  banks and credit companies, the share of ACBA-Leasing is 78.5%.
