Tsaroukyan bloc will not nominate a candidate for the post of  Armenian President in 2018

ArmInfo. The "Tsaroukyan" block will not nominate a candidate for the post of the president of Armenia in 2018. The leader of the bloc, Gagik Tsaroukyan, told radio  "Azatutyun".

According to him, the political force led by him is not used to lose,  and if she does not have a majority in the parliament, she will  nominate a candidate for president in 2018, she will obviously lose.  "And why make such illogical steps, we will not nominate a candidate  for the presidency, knowing they are sure of the loss," Tsaroukyan  said.

Answering the question about whether the bloc will support the  candidacy for the post of the president from the Yelk faction Artak  Zeynalyan, Tsaroukyan stated that they have not yet discussed this  issue.
