Commenting on the call to the Armenian parliamentarians for the Artsakh parliament to begin the process of recognizing Artsakh on international venues, Harutyunyan noted that this will not hurt, and even, perhaps, will help solve the problem. "It will be very good if international actors recognize Artsakh, but we can not say that this is our main and final goal," he stressed.

Touching upon the calls to the authorities of Armenia to recognize Artsakh and thereby pave the way for its international recognition, the State Minister said: "What will it give us? There is no need to recognize Artsakh as Armenia - we have long been a single country."
