Creativity of Azerbaijan has reached the point that they  call the Armenian capital with the 2800-year history "the Azerbaijani  historical territories"

ArmInfo.In today's reality it is important for Azerbaijan to free itself from its own, far from reality linguistic exercises and return to the constructive field. On March 27, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian said this at a joint press conference with Luxembourg's Foreign and European Affairs Minister Jean Asselborn in Yerevan.

"Baku, at one time said that it was necessary to conduct substantive,  so-called substantive, logical negotiations, as though, until now,  these negotiations were incontinent and illogical. Why then did the president of this country take part in more than two meetings at a high level, if they are illogical and unsubstantial, and today, having successfully completed the stage of logical and meaningful negotiations, have moved on to a new stage that is allegedly based on creative proposals by the mediators. "What kind of creativity are we talking about? Maybe about that creativity which comes from the unhealthy imagination of Azerbaijan ", - said the Armenian minister. And in this context, he added that the creativity of Azerbaijan has reached the point that they call the 2800-year-old Armenian capital of Yerevan as "Azeri historical territory". Or, according to Nalbandian, it is about that creativity, when they constantly threaten to use force.

The Armenian minister expressed the supposition that in this way,  perhaps, the Azerbaijani side is trying to argue why it refuses the  proposals of the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group. "Maybe because they believe that the OSCE MG proposals made at the highest level were not creative, not creative, primitive and simple, that is, they reserve the right to evaluate what proposals are creative and which are not creative. And they will wait for these proposals to be acceptable for them. In our reality it is important that they are freed from their own, far from reality linguistic exercises and returned to the constructive field, fulfilled the commitments and respected the agreements reached during the meetings, "the Armenian FM said.

Nalbandian recalled that Azerbaijan categorically refuses even to  mention the agreements reached in the course of the Krakow meeting to  increase the mandate of the office of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office and to respect the agreements. According to him, this is repeated all the time. "Maybe the Azerbaijani side is not able to return to the constructive field and it must be returned to this field," Nalbandian said.
