According to ArmInfo sources close to the government, the ministers  of the economic bloc - Vardan Aramyan (Minister of Finance) and Suren  Karayan (Minister of Economic Development and Investments) can keep  their portfolios as part of the new cabinet. Currently, these  ministers are consulting. The final decision will be taken tomorrow.  However, the information received indicates that these ministers did  not refuse Pashinyan and left the opportunity for negotiations. It  should be noted, however, that a few days ago Aramyan, in response to  journalists' question about whether he intends to continue his work  as part of the new Cabinet, said: "If I now tell you that I will  refuse membership in the Republican Party and continue work, you will  respect me? I work for my country, with my team. " Talks are also  being held with Emergency Minister David Tonoyan, who a few days ago  Nikol Pashinyan's associates proposed on the Republic Square as the  defense minister. Tonoyan responded to this proposal with a public  statement that he always served and will serve the Motherland. In  fact, this ambiguous statement by Tonoyan left room for further talks  with the new prime minister. Thus, Tonoyan's statement and ex-defense  minister Vigen Sargsyan, saying: "In fact, by a statement, Tonoyan,  who worked in our team, left the door open for Pashinyan's  proposals." I would not do it in his place, "he assured . According  to the information being spread, Vice Premier Vache Gabrielyan will  retain his post. Hrachya Rostomyan will return to the post of  Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs.

According to ArmInfo, the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Artem  Asatryan will refuse to work in the new Cabinet. Police Chief  Vladimir Gasparyan and head of the National Security Service Georgy  Kutoyan have already been dismissed from office. Defense Minister  Vigen Sargsyan submitted resignation, his deputies Artak Zakaryan and  Artak Davtyan. The head of the Committee on State Property Management  Arman Sahakyan also resigned.

But among the new persons in the Cabinet of Ministers, most likely,  will be Lena Nazaryan, who will be appointed to the post of Minister  of Nature Protection and Araik Harutyunyan, who will become Minister  of Education and Science. The minister-head of the government  apparatus Eduard Aghajanyan, who is the ally of Prime Minister Nikol  Pashinyan, has already been appointed. Meanwhile, the vice speaker of  the Armenian parliament, Republican Party spokesman Eduard  Sharmazanov, in an interview with ArmInfo correspondent, said that  after the change of power the RPA becomes an opposition force, which  in the circumstances is quite logical and, therefore, will not  participate in the formation of Pashinyan's government and will not  share responsibility for his activities. Proceeding from this, those  Republican ministers who will agree to work in the new Cabinet of  Ministers will be forced to withdraw from the Republican Party.  According to the Constitution of Armenia, after the election of the  Prime Minister, the composition of the new Cabinet is being formed  within 15 days. After his appointment, the Prime Minister proposes to  the Armenian President the candidacies of vice-premiers and ministers  within 5 days (this term expires on May 12). Within 20 days after the  formation of the government, the Prime Minister presents the  government program to the Armenian National Assembly. Parliament  approves the government program within 7 days, by a majority of votes  of the total number of deputies. If the Armenian National Assembly  does not approve the program of the government and does not elect a  new prime minister, the parliament dissolves by the force of law. If  the Armenian National Assembly elects a prime minister, but again  does not approve the program of the government, the parliament also  dissolves in this case.
