During the 8-minute conversation, they are discussing the possible arrest of former Armenian President Robert Kocharian, as well as criminal cases brought against the CSTO Secretary General Yuri Khachaturov and former Defense Minister Mikael Harutyunyan. All three, we recall, are accused of overthrowing the constitutional system during the post-election events of 2008, which resulted in the death of 10 people.
