Investigative Committee of Armenia jointly with the  operational-search bodies of the country will investigate the case of  wiretapping heads of NSS and SIS

ArmInfo.On September 12, the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia  received for proceeding a criminal case initiated by the Office for Supervision of  Investigation of Highly Important Cases of the RA Prosecutor  General's Office on the violation of the confidentiality of the  telephone conversation, recording and promulgation of the audio  record between the Director of the National Security Service of  Armenia Artur Vanetsyan and Chairman of the Special Investigation  Service (SIS) of Armenia Sasun Khachatryan.

As reported by the press office of the Committee, conduction of  preliminary investigation of the criminal case was tasked to IC  General Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases  by the RA IC Chairman. An investigatory group was formed and  necessary measures are taken together with operative-intelligence  bodies to find out all circumstances of the case, the frame of those  having committed the alleged crime. 

Out of investigation interests other information shall not be  published at this stage of investigation.
