In framework of  criminal case of abuse in  medical center "Surb  Grigor Lusavorich" charges were brought against its two employees 

ArmInfo.In the framework of the criminal case of abuse at the ''Surb Grigor Lusavorich'' medical center, charges were brought against two employees of the medical  institution.

According to the press service of the RA Investigative Committee, as  part of the investigative activities, documentary data were obtained  on the involvement of the former head of the document processing  service on the state order and the former deputy head of the medical  clinic for adults in the process.  "When comparing the evidence, they  were charged on the grounds of paragraph 1. of Article 38-178 of the  RA Criminal Code and Part 3 of the Criminal Code of the RA. For  example, in the criminal case on November 7, 3 persons were involved  as defendants which one - the former head of the medical center is  wanted, "the statement of the Investigative Committee of the Republic  of Armenia says, while emphasizing that the investigation continues  to investigate the case and reveal the circle of persons involved.

To recall the CS director of the medical center "Grigor Lusavorich"  Ara Minasyan is accused of abuse, a search was announced against him.  According to the case file, the former director, in collusion with  other employees of the medical center, by falsifying documents,  appropriated an amount of 426,343,650 drams, which was allocated from  the budget to the medical center as part of the social insurance  program of employees of state structures and institutions. Minasian  was charged under paragraph 1 of part 3 of article 178 of the RA  Criminal Code, as well as part 2 of article 325 of the RA Criminal  Code. Minasyan, according to the SC, is hiding from the  investigation, his location is not known. In his respect declared a  search. The investigation submitted a petition to the court for  election in respect of Minasyan as a measure of restraint of arrest.  The investigation continues.

To note Ara Minasyan is the father of the son-in-law of the third  Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan Mikael Minasyan, who was recalled  from the post of RA Ambassador to the Vatican, Portugal and Malta.
