Pashinyan: We do not intend to keep silent about vital issuessecurity  and did not suspend the Karabakh negotiation process

We noted that we are  ready to negotiate an exclusively peaceful resolution of this  conflict, but I also noted that I I can negotiate on behalf of  Armenia, but not on behalf of Artsakh. During the rule of the  previous authorities, Karabakh dropped out of the negotiation  process, which is our serious foreign policy oversight. And we  believe that to resolve this issue.
